WRAITH’S POV “I had never seen anything quite like it.” Elizabeth said to me. I could tell that the fact she had no idea what was wrong with Tessa left her slightly embarrassed. Especially being one of the pack’s oldest healers, who always seemed to know about every type of illness. Her ancestral line were all healers, and she’s spent every moment of her life researching and studying in the department. More than that, she was unarguably one of the best in the world, and yet, she had no clue.

"Welcome to Scope. First time here?" She nodded. "Word on the street is you’re the man to see if someone wants to partner on something that doesn’t exist yet." I raised a brow. "You’re going to have to be a little more specific. We serve a lot of things that don’t exist until someone dreams them up." She smirked, clearly amused. "Fair. I’m Elizabeth. I’m a food writer. But I’m also working on launching something a little more...hands-on."

Leo reached for me with his hands, his own eyes flashing Scarlett rushed in from a corner. “They cannot hide much longer!” She yelled, her voice shaking. “Those pups are too strong. I hope rogues will not find them out any time soon Then… as if Scarlett’s words called the devil, I smelled danger before I saw the harbinger. Cassandra. She walked in without knocking, feeling proud as usual, her dress looking too fancy for the ‘dirty Omega quarters’ I was. Her sharp eyes were flipping around the room until they stopped on the cribs.

A pretty, black haired, black woman stood behind her with a steaming cup of coffee in her hands, smiling politely. "Hello," she responded. "Can I help you?" "Yes, I am here to see Brandon." She watched the woman's brows furrow right before she asked, "Do you have an appointment?" Elizabeth shook her head. "I don't." The lady blinked, annoyance shining in her eyes. "Do you mind telling me your name so that I could check in with the boss?" "My name is Elizabeth. Elizabeth West." Her eyes suddenly widened. "You're Elizabeth?" She whisper yelled, rushing over to her.

I finally said that I would and now we were on our way to Paris, to meet up with her at her condo. She was my grandfather's sister, Eliza Brinx, she was a fashion icon and the most adnired family member in the Brinx line of work, she was the prettiest woman I've ever seen in all my life, even at the age of fifty, Eliza was a remarkable being, she was a model and also an entrepreneur. She was my favorite person in the entire world. "Why do I allow you to take me out of the US?" Elijah asks, scanning the busy streets once we got out of the car, outside of Eliza's condo building.

Danika Williams I called Elizabeth as I started getting ready but I was a mess. I didn’t understand what was appropriate to wear, how much makeup was appropriate to apply or how high my shoes can be. Elizabeth is great with such things. Parents love her, she is very respectful and sweet. “Oh thank god Elizabeth.” I breathe out as the call connects on the last ring. “Yello! Who this?” I hear a childish voice but it was a woman I could tell. “Danika here. I need to talk to Elizabeth.” I say as I go through the clothes in my walk in closet.

Elizabeth jogged the first few rounds in her usual fast pace, but when it was the last lap, she accelerated so fast that even Wendy and Jane couldn't see her move but just felt her swish past them. And once again, Elizabeth was there at the finish line, sweating the bare minimum. It's like she did this every day, and it wasn't even worth breaking a sweat, which was.... true. "Compete with me." She heard a voice speak from behind her. Elizabeth wasn't short at all, rather she was very tall at the height of 179cm, taller than Iris and Anya, even though the other two were tall as well but she could feel the person beside her to be taller at maybe 186cm if not more and it was a man.

Wiping away her tears, she finishes off her last report for the day and closes her laptop. Later that evening, Liza and Elizabeth have pre-drinks, waiting for Emily to arrive at Elizabeth's villa. Liza was dressed in a Libellule original that Elizabeth designed for her, deep red and black lace that ended just above her knees. Elizabeth was dressed in a figure-hugging baby blue Alexander McQueen, both of them wearing their signature red bottom heels.

I said with a gulp, almost choking on my words. He turned to me, sizing me up and down with his eyes, "And who are you?" I blink, contemplating if I could trust anyone with my identity after just escaping death. "Miss, you either answer me when I talk to you, or you're gonna need to leave. You're wasting my time." He stuffed more Cheetos in his mouth. "Elizabeth Holmes! Sergeant Holme's daughter!" I blurted out. " Now can I see officer Lance please?"

I am sick and tired of being that friend who is a constant cheerleader and always happy. Because I am not happy. Elizabeth hated Hank. She keeps insisting that Hank led me on and then, just ghosted me and how I was too blind to see something like that. I honestly think I misunderstood his actions, maybe he is just a person who touches people a lot or looks them in their eyes when he talks. But Elizabeth doesn’t like him at all and I didn’t argue with her because she is crazy. I mean I love her but she is crazy and high on baby hormones.
