Author's POV. "These cookies are so good," Damien said, chewing on the kitty-shaped cookies. "Are they more delicious than the ones that Mercedes made for you?" Elise suddenly asked. Damien glanced at her, wondering where that question came from. He was short of words for a second. "You haven't answered my question," Elise said, staring intently at him. "Those cookies were good and these are good as well. Don't put me in a tight spot," Damien replied.
