Elsa Dying Novels & Stories

"You rejected me because you wanted to be with Lucian a long time and now you're here because you can't have hi—" "—no, no, no. That's not why I'm here." Her eyes get blurry and something I thought had died within me, something I thought I'd buried a long time again surges within me. "Elisha," she takes a deep breath, looking away. "Elisha, I'm dying." "What?" Everything stops around me but her. "What do you—" "I'm dying and it can't be stopped." The tears fall from her eyes. "Elisha, I'm involved in some deep shit and I don't know how to get out of it."

She's trying to ruin me! "Even now, you still want to frame Elisa?" Gianna's voice suddenly broke. "She's already dead!" Silence fell over the hall. Ten seconds of deathly silence ensued. Ausilia jumped to her feet. "W-What did you say?" "I said, your daughter Elisa Neri is dead. She died in your living room a month ago with no one by her side."

My lips parted, fighting to take in air as my heart clutched in my chest. ‘What’s happening, Elisa?’ I managed to speak. ‘We are dying, Eira. Our power is fading away.’ ‘But he isn’t waking up.’ ‘I don’t think he will. We are not strong enough to give him life. We have to stop now.’ ‘No….no, we can’t. I can’t let him die. There is so much at stake if anything happens to him.’ ‘Eira, I can't hold on anymore. You have to let go of him.’

“Get a healer now!” Elsa coughed, crimson staining her lips. “No.” Her voice was weak, but it cut through the chaos. “No,” she repeated, more firmly. “There is no time.” Elise shook her head violently. “No, you’re not dying. Not like this. I can fix this. I can—” Elsa reached up with trembling hands and gripped Elise’s face. Her palms were cold. “You must listen to me,” Elsa said. Tears streamed down Elise’s face, blurring her vision. “Don’t say this. Please don’t say this.”

"Theo—" Elisha didn't finish calling Theo when she felt something sting her neck. "What the— Could it be bees?" For half a minute, Elisha was still groping her neck in the area where she had felt the sting earlier. But the next half minute, her head suddenly felt heavy, her body limp, and her vision was spinning and getting blurry. "No," she whispered. Elisha wasn't so stupid as to not even notice what was going on. "No. Please. Help me, Alex...." And that was the last thing Elisha muttered before losing consciousness. ***

…must be Elsa. I picked up the tray and walked toward the sitting room. "Elsa?" I pushed the door open slightly. One step, that was all I took, before my feet froze. Elsa stood with her back to me, facing the window, her phone pressed against her ear. "...So you're just going to the country without seeing her or saying anything?" My fingers tightened around the tray as Elsa's voice trembled. "This is really insane… .you're just going to believe you are actually dead?"

But it was too late for her to escape her fate. I stepped forward, my voice a sinister whisper, "Elena, dear Elena, you thought you could betray me and walk away unscathed? Oh, how wrong you were." Her gaze locked onto mine, a mixture of confusion and terror. I reveled in her vulnerability, relishing the moment before her inevitable demise. The vial slipped from my fingers, its contents swirling around Freya like a malevolent mist, seeping into her very being.

Elsa stayed silent, bowing her head. Melva spun toward Althea, panic in her voice. “My Lady… maybe we can ask the Alpha King to let you use another cottage instead?” “So how do you think she died?” Althea finally asked, her voice steady but her eyes watchful. Elsa froze for a moment before lifting her head to meet Althea’s gaze. “I… I truly don’t know, My Lady. But there are rumors. Though none dare speak of them aloud.” “Rumors?” Melva pressed, leaning closer. “Come on, Elsa, don’t keep us hanging. It’s not like we’re going to spread it around.”

"She was very specific about that. She said she saw you on the news last night and she said tell that girl that Margaret would have liked her very much." I could not speak for a moment. "Miss Skai," the lawyer said. "Are you there." "Yes," I said. "I am here." "Shall I arrange the transfer of the letters," he said. "Yes," I said. "Please." I ended the call. Nikolai was looking at me. "Elsa died this morning," I said. "I heard," he said. "She left sixty years of Margaret's letters to the foundation," I said. He was quiet.

Elaine said, "There’s no meaning to us being together. I look like a Luna doll, and you look so reluctant. How about we just let each other go?" Lucas frowned and scoffed. "If you’re trying to get my attention by acting out, it’s not working. I don’t have time for your games." "It’s not a game. For years, I’ve done everything you’ve asked of me. I’ve tried to be the Luna you needed. Now, I’m told I’ll be lucky to live another six months." That made Lucas freeze from head to toe. "What are you talking about?" "I’m dying," Elaine said calmly, but the words that followed were nothing short of shocking.
