His eyes locked on me instantly. For a moment, everything else disappeared. I walked toward him slowly, each step echoing on the marble floor. My heart pounded not from fear, but from the weight of everything that had led to this moment. When I reached the dais, Dylan took my hand gently, his thumb brushing my skin. His eyes were soft but proud. “You look divine,” he whispered. “And you,” I murmured back, “look like trouble.” He chuckled quietly before turning to face the gathered pack. The Elder Priest stepped forward, holding the coronation scroll. “We gather here to crown our Luna,” he began. His voice carried through the hall, calm and commanding. “Elsa of the Moonstone Pack, chosen by t

The weight of the crown felt both daunting and inspiring, but he knew that with Victoria by his side and the support of his people, he would honor his father's memory and lead Elysia into a bright future. The coronation concluded with a moment of silence, a final tribute to King Logan. Gabriel and Victoria stepped down from the dais, hand in hand, ready to embark on their new journey as the king and queen of Elysia. “But, my Lord… Elspeth is the eldest daughter, she should be Queen.” “She knows her place, don’t you Elspeth?” Elspeth who stood beside me after I blew her away responded only with a nod. “Very well,” Father sat back on his throne and announced, “I declare your coronation, Veronica Lorraine Glaiza Elizabeth Vane, be held a week from now, where the moon shall blanket the sun, and darkness spread like wild fire.” A smile curved to my lips, “thank you, Father.” He smiled back at me and said to us both, “you may now go back to your chambers, and celebrate this day… My decision is final.” The two of us gave a bow and left the chamber.

Elijah introduced a couple dressed in gold. I noticed that the Tudors stood out, dressed in bright gold, unlike everyone else in dark colors. Were they also breaking the dress code like me, or were they making a statement? "We thought tonight would be a coronation, but it seems more like an introduction?" Orson asked, feigning surprise. "I must say, my king, a luna without us as witnesses?" "I will hold the official coronation at the palace in three months," Elijah replied smoothly. "For now, it's enough that you all know that Delilah is my Luna. We made a private vow, just the two of us."

Confident. “I’ll win.” Kael studied her for a moment. Then nodded once. “Good.” That was all. But coming from him— It meant something. Then— His hand found mine again. Grounding. “You and your mother are invited,” he continued. Selena blinked. “…Invited?” “To the castle.” A pause. “For Elian’s coronation.” My breath caught slightly. “…Coronation?” Kael’s grip tightened slightly. “As my Luna.” Silence filled the room.

"I know, thank you. He gently withdrew his hand from the Marquis's, who gently released it and settled back into his seat. It didn't take long for the carriages to arrive at the cathedral. Kael turned to me, his eyes filled with a pain so deep it made my chest ache. "I'm sorry, Nova," he whispered. "I'm so sorry." I said nothing. I just watched as the guards led Kael and Lila out of the hall. The pack stared at them in silence. A week later, the coronation ceremony was held. The entire pack gathered in the Moonstone Hall to watch Elias be crowned Alpha of the Silvermoon Pack. I stood beside him, as his Luna, and the pack cheered as the crown was placed on his head. After the ceremony, we walked out onto the battlements of the fortress, looking out over the snow-covered valley.

Melissa snatched Rosalie's hand and drew her focus away from the audience to the stage. "The coronation ceremony is about to begin." She then walked across to the other side of the stage. "That's Alpha Greyson, and he's just stunning! But why is he looking at us? Do you believe he has a thing for me?" Melissa couldn't stop herself from gushing.

Now I realized. He was blind. I smiled. I smiled until tears threatened to spill. "Okay." I gently held his hand back and whispered: "Whatever you say, Alpha." --- Three Days Later.
