Jace spent the entire class staring at the back of his head.
Green hair. That was the part that kept snagging in his brain, stupid and useless — Ezra used to have plain, dark brown hair that he never did anything with. Now it was green, deliberately, expensively done, the kind of color you chose on purpose to make sure people looked at you.
