After the lecture ended I was about to leave the classroom when that same boy stopped in front of me. "Hey, I am Maverick and you are?" he said forwarding his hand. I looked at him with a small smile not trying to come out as rude and shook his hand "I'm Arabella," I said and he nodded. "A beautiful name for a beautiful girl like you." He flirted and I just smiled again. God, I didn't like him. "Thanks. Now I should leave for my next lecture." I said trying to get him off my back. "Yeah sure. What lecture do you have next?" He inquired and I looked at him like he was dumb. Wasn't he getting the hint.

Lucifer growled through gritted teeth, directing his question inwardly to his wolf, Annihilator, who had been silent ever since April's disappearance. Then I saw a finger scanner. “You need the thumb finger of Arc.” Marcus told me. I walked towards Arc. I'm deciding to pull him onto the volt, but he's heavy. I smirked in the evilness I thought that way. I get my small dagger and hold Arc's hand. I put all his fingers in the floor and cut his thumb. I heard a scream, but it was cutted already. Horror filled his eyes. At least he's now conscious, I told myself. I was suddenly stopped by what Marcus said.
