Eragon Eldest Novels & Stories

"I meant it. Whatever your father tries, whatever he sends, it won't matter. You're under my protection." "And what does that mean exactly? Being under your protection?" He didn't answer right away. His eyes searched my face. "It means I don't let anyone take what's mine," he said finally. "Not your father. Not the vaelth. Not even the shadow creature who thinks he has a claim on your fate." Eron. He was talking about Eron. "He's not a creature," I said. "He's the last of his race. Just like I'm apparently the last of mine."

It was Aragon. The oldest elder in the royal house, a millennial old werewolf. A member of the council, a former Zeta and War general in his time, and a descendant of one of the founding fathers of plane Weode. A man full of wisdom. He had just taken notice of their presence when his eyes rolled back in his head. "Give him to me," he heard the elder's voice say. Then he felt his body being lifted from the ground and frail hands that were old and wrinkly snuggled around him. Unexpectedly, sharp fangs sank into his neck, and hot pain jolted through his body.

“That’s because it was stopped by the four horsemen of Urania, a group consisting of me, Allas Roach, Gerald Abadon, and Philippa Moric. We were the best of the selected fighters, so for that reason we were sent to train alongside Eric Levia, under the supervision of a Sri who was in charge of Riana at that moment, Eric’s father was dead and he was just around our age and inexperienced. Sri Jerrod, yes Jerrod.” “Jerrod Rooks?” Elroy confirmed. “That’s it, how did you know?” “Nothing that concerns you." Elroy spoke crossly. “Very well, Eric at first was a bit cold, but after sometime we all became close friends, when Eric reached his twentieth year, he was made Crowned Prince." “Seriously" El

The baby suddenly laughed. A tiny sound. But it carried through every universe. Stars appeared. Dead worlds began blooming. The First End looked terrified. What is his name? Lyra looked down at the baby. A name returned to her. One she had buried beyond memory. Elyon whispered it. Aureon. The First Heir. The child who was supposed to inherit everything before creation had laws. Aiden smiled. Welcome home, brother. Aureon reached toward him. Aiden touched his tiny hand.

“Thanks for cooperating… but I hope you tone down that stubborn streak of yours. Like I said before, I’m only tolerating you. I may be able to handle you to some extent, but Villion, Ragnar, and Dax... They’d kill you without hesitation because of your attitude. So listen to me, don’t provoke them. They're far more ruthless than I am. We’re nothing alike. Probably because we all had different mothers.” “Well, your father sure is a womanizer, didn’t he?" I muttered. His head snapped toward me. “Watch your mouth. If someone hears you, you could lose your tongue,” he warned. "So… who’s the eldest among the four of you?” I asked, changing the subject. “Villion is the eldest. I come next, then Ra

I say but she interrupts. “You don’t understand, that crest belongs to captains, generals or a king. It is distributed to four sections of the Elanor army. And I don’t recall the death of any captain, general…” Yeri says and her eyes dissolve into tears. It strikes. Does she think that her brother is dead? And for a second, I think about it too. Is Magnus dead? Is that why King Drago is not saying anything? Yeri stares at me as if she is hoping that I would rebuke her own thoughts.

“If king Alonso continues this way, we are all going to go extinct. In fact it is already happening! Twenty people dead in one province!? Elder Eliza is in chaos as we speak! All Kaiser is asking is that we give him his rightful place on the throne! King Alonso isn't even the first born! He doesn't deserve the throne! He is weak! And…” “Oh you talk too much, Elder Fergus!” Beta Leo interjects. “And maybe you have a small memory too! You seem to forget that you once had four grandsons! Four grand songs that Kaiser tortured to death! And even you? Have you forgotten the scar he gave you when you tried to save them!?” he shakes his head. “Maybe you have a kind of amnesia of some sort…” Elder Fe

Elder Baker chipped in again and garnered murmured agreement from everyone around. “I implore you that whatever we want to do, we do it the right way. We should also keep in mind that Elara here is from the oldest royal family that Moonfang Pack has. Her father, the late Alpha, treated everyone here with kindness and respect; that should in turn influence how we treat his only child. One that he cried out for us to take care of and support in his absence. She might have made a few mistakes, but that doesn't take away the place of what has happened in the past” Elder Berkeley said before he picked up his walking stick and limped out of the hall.

Third Person POV Five Years Later A pack of ten children tore through the gardens of Eradrakor. Hatchlings, pups, witches, and hybrids—their small feet padded softly against the earth, and their melodic giggles filled the warm summer air. Leading the charge was Renata, the natural leader of every mischief, followed closely by her brother, Fenris. Even at five years old, Fenris moved with a gravity that suggested he already owned the world. He was, after all, the child of prophecy—the strongest creature ever born. The "Golden Boy" often received special treatment from the court, much to Mira’s lingering displeasure.

Mainly because some of the strongest war chiefs of the Dracodom were just level eight warrior kings. "Father! The Great Elder is dead!" Horus' voice trembled. The Great Elder was the strongest person in their family. With him around, the others had no fear. It brought great losses to their family now that the Great Elder was dead. The corner of Mason's mouth twitched a few times. In the end, he finally found his voice. "I know!" Severin flew down and stood in front of Mason. "Mister Mason, I think you're an honorable man who keeps his promise. Now can we cancel Mister Horus and Miss Rachel's wedding?"
