He folded his arms across his chest. “I guess having some fun with her, is officially out of the picture.” Ellias frowned. There were times that Caspius couldn’t stand the man for what he was. Incubus were sex driven creatures. It was all they wanted, all that they could possibly think of. If they couldn’t get their fix, they’d turn into raging beasts until they got what they wanted. Caspius would pity any female that would be their mate. Dealing with Ellias would be more than any immortal could handle.

Her voice trembled as she added, “It’s silly to be happy for such a small thing, isn’t it?” They stared at each other, and Ler found himself in danger of wanting to have her again pressed to his chest, so he looked away, and lifted his head towards the sky. “It’s not silly at all. Names are one of the few things we keep with us when we leave our life in the human world behind, how is it not a treasure?” Ayla felt comforted by his words, and also directed her gaze towards the sky. “There are few stars here.” Because the sky was always covered by clouds, it was red during the day, and especially dark during the night. Even the crescent moon was slowly hiding from their sight.

They realized too late that the darkness they had courted didn't want a seat at their table—it wanted the table itself. "Kael!" Ariyah screamed, pointing to the ceiling. The eclipse was expanding. It wasn't just over the Sun Palace anymore; it was spreading across the entire continent. A permanent night was falling, a winter of the soul that would freeze every shifter in the world. Aeron stood up, leaning against Bastien for support. He looked up at the black sun, and for the first time, his face wasn't one of peace. It was a mask of cold, regal fury.

" We heard the gun shots so we knew more people are falling into this evil realm." Emily gulps, she will not be alive if they find out who creates the evil realm as Judas calls it.

The night when a thousand stars fell from the heavens and in one fell swoop stole away our light, blinding us, forcing us once more into darkness. But from that darkness, a mighty king will rise. And that king with the force of his will, fought against the evil machinations of his family to bring true order to the world, freeing us forever from the demons of the sun, gifting us with everlasting light.
