Alpha Ethan knew everything about it but he kept mute. A knock was heard on the door and Greg allowed the guard to enter. "A message was sent to you" he bowed and extended the letter to Alpha Gregory but Ethan was quick to grab it from him. "Ethan, you shouldn't invade my private matters" Gregory tried to warn him. "No, I'm just checking something" Ethan stared at the letter. "This is from Gray City. Do you have an alliance with them?" Ethan asked him dubiously. "What Gray City?" Ethan instantly opened the letter and checked it.

He bowed before us and greeted us. "Hello I am Alpha King Greyson, of Lycandor. Pleased to make your acquaintance, your highness's." His manners shocked me. I expected him to be a total barbarian because of they way he was dressed but in fact, he seemed a perfect gentleman. I giggled at my insight, looking at his furs. He glanced up at me through his lashes and smirked at me. As soon as he straightened up his smirk disappeared and he was all back to business. I shifted uncomfortably in my heels and stumbled forward into him.

It wasn't until Theon made his speech—a cheerful but short invitation for them to enjoy themselves in his honour—that they started to relax and enjoy the night. Ethan got up and went and opened the door, Victor pushed in, and he and two other men walked in. Victor Grayson, at 55 years old, had a tough, weathered appearance that matched his no-nonsense personality. He was of average height, around 5 feet 9 inches, with a stocky build that made him seem more imposing than he actually was. His shoulders were broad but slightly hunched, and his movements were often sharp and abrupt, reflecting his irritable nature.
