Another blast of lightning and in its place materialized a male figure who had an eerily purple face and like his predecessor, also had a cape but a longer one that almost swept the ground at his feet. She screamed and hid behind him when she saw us. “WHO ARE YOU?!” Big Boss exclaimed looking back and forth on us. I take a good look at him. He looks like the same age as me. “It’s not for you to know.” Black Dragon answered pointing his gun to him. I gripped my own gun, ready to use it if needed. Big Boss is about to move while the woman positioned to run. Black Dragon spoke. “Move even an inch and I’ll blow your heads simultaneously.” His voice sounded cold and emotionless. I looked at him and was startled to see his face expressionless. He looked like a professional cold blooded killer. Big Boss and the woman froze. Black Dragon turned to the woman.

I twisted sharply and the blade sliced through the air beside my face instead then instinct took over completely. My claws burst out immediately. (Eliza's POV) I saw the dark shape lunging toward us from the corner of my eye. The black cat sprang from the shadows with unnatural speed, its yellow eyes gleaming with malice. "Miss Eliza, be careful!" Ivy cried, stepping between me and the animal. Without hesitation, I pulled the small dagger from my sleeve. The blade caught the light as I slashed forward in a quick, precise motion. The cat yowled in pain as my dagger connected with its side.
