My Husband's Double Life

My Husband's Double Life

Emma felt it immediately. The question was different from everything that had come before. The system had questioned identity. It had questioned certainty. It had questioned meaning. But every one of those questions had assumed continuation. Assumed there would always be another cycle. Another process. Another interpretation. This question reached deeper. It questioned the assumption beneath all assumptions. The Observer remained silent. The Interferer remained silent. Even the presence that had appeared beyond the system offered no answer. Because perhaps this was not a question that could be answered.

Rejecting the Prince's Mate

Rejecting the Prince's Mate

the man responded. “How do I know this is even real?” I asked. I had no connection to this voice. No immediate sense of recognition. No feeling like I was talking to a parent. “I understand you have questions,” he started to say when I interrupted him. “Questions? I have more than questions. I have years of wondering where the hell you were. Years of wondering if you even knew I existed. My mother never mentioned my father, so how do I know this is not some sick game for you?” I asked, as my voice cracked.

IMMORTAL ALPHA and CURSED LUNA

I loved the way it was making me feel. "What are you afraid to lose?" He asked in soft tone which made me think of all the time I was afraid to lose something- which held little value. "Myself " I answered in a whisper. In order to shield my life from other. I happen to accept their judgement without caring for my own. "My Identity? Who am I?" I asked with uncertainty. My life has been so confusing lately that I had to question my own existence. There was a brief pause in that moment, it felt like the entire space was processing my thought and it made no sense.

Between a Lycan and a Wolf

Between a Lycan and a Wolf

Chickennuggetscarred wolf queen
A thought flashed through my mind. “Come to think of it, you told me you can prove it to me that supernatural beings exist,” We didn’t stop walking, “Don’t tell me, you are one?” It’s stupid to think about it, I mean I’m an adult now and I shouldn’t be thinking about fantastical things but what if? He didn’t meet my gaze and I kept watching him. “Well,” He nodded, “I’ll tell you about it if you tell me why you’re always in trouble?” He was clearly avoiding the question.

I only just started reading this yesterday but I'm already 29 chapters in and don't want to put it down. It's a great book so far and a hidden gem. hopefully more people will read it, rate it and review it so others can find it. Well worth the read and much better than many books I've read on here.

I love the second couple! I've always wanted to read something like this. Stripper X Lycan prince! There was a huge difference between the two but I love how you proceeded with the story and how you described their feelings. waiting for more chapters!

Marrying The Wrong Brother

Marrying The Wrong Brother

The last person who'd known something true about me had been cheating and getting fucked in the ass by someone else three weeks before our wedding. Who could blame me? "That's a strange question," I said instead. "Is it?" "It's midnight. You're asking me an existential question because you're bored." I told him. "I asked because I'm curious." "About what?" "About you." He said it simply. He was just stating a fact. I crossed my arms as the hoodie suddenly felt too thin. It’s not like I knew much about him too. "Fine," I said. "Then let's make it fair. Who are you, Zane? When you're not being the Chairman. When nobody's watching. What do you actually like?"

The Pack's Vampire

The Pack's Vampire

he said, keeping his lips hovering over Heath’s. “There have been times when the events of life have made me doubt the existence of gods and goddesses, despite being raised in worship of them,” Talen stroked the pad of his thumb over Heath’s bottom lip. “It is something that is common to all vampires… a skepticism, a lack of faith. A long life gives a person ample opportunity to question the existence of the divine. When you see thousands upon thousands of innocent children die of disease and famine, disaster destroy people and their homes, when you see the crimes that people do to each other… You begin to ask how, if gods and goddess exist, they can allow such things to occur... It is only

This series is epic, a real nail biter! Yes, it is dark and touches on many uncomfortable issues, but there is redemption and forgiveness and healing. It shows that people can overcome their past and true change is possible with love and communication. I love the characters, especially the vampire.
Fox 2005
very dense story. highly recommended to start with book one, else you are missing too many information needed to understand the different timelines and points if view. yet these arches are more than necessary for the density. showing perspectives, helping the reader to understand the characters...

Crown and Consequences- Falling for the hunted billionaire

Crown and Consequences- Falling for the hunted billionaire

You’re free—but also suddenly, frighteningly alone. I stood by the window, coffee cooling in my hands, watching people move below. Runners. Taxis. Street vendors setting up carts. Ordinary life, continuing with almost offensive normalcy. “How can everything look the same?” I murmured. Rico came up behind me, wrapping his arms around my waist. “Because the world never stops for existential crises. It just schedules them quietly inside people.” I leaned back against him. “I keep expecting something to fail. Like the systems will suddenly realize they don’t have a god anymore and panic.”

Was He Always Like This……?

Was He Always Like This……?

⸻ The beginning of existence itself. The boy nodded. ⸻ “Exactly.” ⸻ The silver leaves drifted around them. ⸻ “Everyone spent eternity searching for answers.” ⸻ His smile softened. ⸻ “But existence was never created by an answer.” ⸻ Silence. ⸻ “It was created by curiosity.” ⸻ 🌙 The Real Enemy The boy stood. ⸻ For the first time… His expression became serious. ⸻ “Do you know why reality is collapsing?”

The Third Twin

The Third Twin

The supreme confidence with which she withheld the larger secrets, perhaps such momentous truths as the existential answers themselves. Who are we? But leaves in the current. Where are we going? Where evolução takes us. What will we find when we get there? Do we really want to know? But I had only a simple question for her now, before she let me look at the thing. “Ma’am, if I may ask you something?” “Please.” Would it be that simple? Could I just ask her point blank what the fuck was going on and get a direct answer? Somehow this question seemed more important at this particular moment. “When you look back on your life, do you see only the good things? The happy things?”

Twice Marked,Twice Loved

Twice Marked,Twice Loved

A pressure. Vast. Ancient. Not oppressive— But undeniable. And with it— Came something new. Not a command. Not a correction. A question. One that did not come in words. But in understanding. A question directed at everything that existed within this reality: “What do you choose to become?” The world froze. Not physically. Existentially. Because for the first time— The choice was not hidden in action. Not buried in consequence. It was presented. Explicitly. Two paths.
