Logan (Book 1)
The cold was getting into me, not just my skin, but I felt my organs freezing.
"I was alone, isolated, unwanted by people who didn't care I existed just like you." Nina began. "People made fun of me, called names, made fun of my weight. I was over 300 pounds, an easy target for them to shout insults at me from every corner. I felt my ears were bleeding and wished I'd gone deaf. The teachers couldn't do anything to them. My parents ignored my cries and just told me to lose weight. I was fucking 300 pounds of meat. That would solve everything. To drown my depression, I eat. And my cousin walks off with his popular friends ignoring me as well as if we aren't family."
