EYES OPEN

EYES OPEN

The kind that says I see you and I am glad and this is everything and I will not make it weird. When she pulls back her eyes are doing something. "Do not," I say. "I am not doing anything," she says. "Your eyes are doing something," I say. "They are fine," she says, blinking rapidly. "Completely fine. Dust." "Hackney dust." "Notorious for it," she says.

Under His Watchful Eyes

Under His Watchful Eyes

I could hear the blood in my ears. I looked up slowly. I wanted to run. Mark Thorne was standing in the doorway. He had a security badge on his jacket. He looked thinner than before. He had stubble on his jaw and a scar on his cheek.. It was his eyes that scared me. They were wide. Fixed on me. "Mark " I said, my voice barely coming out. He stepped into the room. Let the door close behind him. He did not look at the screens or the fancy decor. He just looked at me. "They told me you were dead El. They said you drowned in the lake. But you are looking like a queen."

Second chance mate to the lycan:oops He's my Ex mate father

Second chance mate to the lycan:oops He's my Ex mate father

My eyes started shutting, ready to embrace death. Maybe this was it. Maybe this was the solace I had always needed after everything I went through. Life never gave me anything but pain and rejection. Maybe, just maybe, death would be better than going back to that pack. “Now die.” His voice sounded distant, like he was speaking to me from underwater. I watched him raise his claw high into the air, bracing myself for the final blow. Then, a pair of blue eyes caught mine. He had the most amazing, deep blue eyes that seemed to glow in the darkness. They were beautiful and terrifying all at once.

Eyes of the Alpha

Eyes of the Alpha

Then Kenny changed. Not completely. Not the dramatic Hollywood version I would have imagined if anyone had asked me to imagine it, which no one ever had because this wasn't something people imagined. It was subtler and more terrifying than that. His eyes changed first — deepening to something amber and luminous that had nothing to do with the warm brown I knew. His frame expanded slightly, shoulders broadening, presence intensifying until he filled the room in a way that had nothing to do with physical size. The air around him hummed.

THE VISION OF DEATH (ENGLISH)

THE VISION OF DEATH (ENGLISH)

All I see is the same darkness and nothing else. It would be even better if I just closed my eyes as long as there was no bandage. When I close my eyes, my eyes are dark and there is no light to see because I close them. But when my eyes are open and what I see is dark I still can't help but hope that there will be a miracle and all of a sudden I will be able to see. But can I still hope for the miracle that I will be able to see again even though my parents who are the light of my eyes have also been taken from me by heaven? "The doctor said that you can open your eyes now, Lauren," Uncle said later. A few seconds ago I still kept my eyes closed.

After One Night With My Sister’s Prized Possession

After One Night With My Sister’s Prized Possession

session, he lets it fall over his forehead in a messy, dangerously attractive fringe. C. Eyes: Dark, molten obsidian. His gaze is his most lethal weapon. They are "bedroom eyes" that can turn into twin abysses of predatory focus in a heartbeat. When he looks at a woman, it feels like a physical touch; when he looks at an enemy, it feels like a death sentence.

Sarah Killian The Mullets of Madness

Sarah Killian The Mullets of Madness

Blood bubbles out of the corner of his mouth as he sputters out his dying breaths. Suddenly, his eyes glaze over—but it is not the glaze of death . . . no, this is something . . . different. Trust me, I’ve seen the ‘glaze of death’ enough times to be able to recognize it. There is still consciousness in his eyes—probably more consciousness than there had been moments before—but now there’s something of a distant, crazed glint to his glare. More intent, more focused. If I believed in Voodoo magic, the combination of this horrifying glare and his bloody visage would make me think he’d turned into a zombie.

Alpha Alvize

Alpha Alvize

The weary feeling that I got at the cemetery. “The Eye Case,” I said, looking at my mate who frowned in confusion. The eye that was carved on my mother’s forehead as she landed face first on the tile that I was sitting under. “What?” Alvize asked, frowning in confusion as he tried processing what I was saying. “The fucking Eye Case has been going on since I was a child.” Elena said, repeating herself. “The fucking demon has killed my own family…”

10 out of 10 Crystal one of the few books I have read that was UN-PUT-DOWN-ABLE It kept me on my toes with the suspense and love between Elena and the alpha and so well written, the chapters flowed into each other Had a bit of Alpa Nathan-esque to the story ... Congratulations

CAGED: IN HIS LOVE

CAGED: IN HIS LOVE

Scared to see his pitch dark blue eyes which were filled with killing intent as he wants to strangle her to death. She reminisced about the moment of the past when he grabbed her neck, nearly choking her to death. That day, she was frightened to see his dark blue eyes filled with killing intent as she was now. Today he was looking at the same DEVIL as he looked at that day. He was staring at her with his bloodshot red eyes. It was like his stare was piercing through her soul.

pretty good start. enough descriptive imagery. the blurb was okay. seems like there's enough conflict to keep the story interesting. the blurb needs some proofreading, as well as the first chapters (typos, tense consistency issues, punctuation, etc.). overall, nice work
krushandkill
The synopsis hints that this story has more in it than it seems. The chapters need some editing, but nothing that damages the story as it is right now. The ML is easily hated, but I bet there is more about him than the first chapters shows.

Hiding His Heir: The Rejected Luna’s Return

And from the liquid gold, a massive, obsidian eye began to open—the "Curator Prime." "The Audience is bored with the Rebellion," the Eye boomed. "Initiating the 'Final Act: The Slaughter of the Variables'."
