I force my eyes to remain on his face and not the sweat slowly rolling down his broad chest.
“If,” I correct. “If you win.”
His lips twitch. “I accept.”
“This is a terrible, terrible idea,” Tristan mutters. I ignore him.
Ezra doesn’t wait to see if I follow. Turning, he saunters back to the ring. That’s the only word for it; his movements are so casual, so confident. Swallowing back my nervousness, I start after him, focusing on the way his muscles ripple along his shoulder blades, the way his spine carves down his back, two dimples stamped just above the casual black sweatpants he’d apparently changed into at some point.
