The King, The Prince, and the Last Faerie
I pulled my wrist against myself, rubbing some of the sore spots that it had left in its wake.
“Alright, what kind of magic do you have?” He asked, bluntly. He was trying to look bored, but I could see the curiosity hidden behind his multi-colored eyes. I took a deep breath, figuring it was going to come out eventually.
“Most faerie only have element, and it’s not very strong if they’re not of royal blood” I said, and I could start to feel the little sparks of magic tugging at me with the iron being gone. My wrist starting to heal as the skin knit itself slowly back together. It was weak from being gone for so long, but it was still there, whispering softly across my skin like an old friend
