Fairy Tail Magics Novels & Stories

Every story has a beginning, some good, some bad, mine has never been a happy one, no matter who, or how I tell it, nobody will believe me. I can't rely on the people in my life, My parents ignore me, or are cruel to me, my friends are unreliable, and aren't trustworthy either. So what happens when I turn 16 years old, and run away from my problems to another world, only to find myself in the same magical world I played make belief in as a kid? With heartbreak at every turn, and a possible new relationship on the horizon, what could possibly go wrong in this world that hasn't happened to me on Earth?!

And, almost always, you're born with only one type of magic. Which one? You can't simply decide to become a wizard. You either have the gift, or you don't. And, if you don't, you can jump through hoops, but it won't help you any. In total, there are seven types of magic. Four are elemental: air, water, fire, and earth. Three are spiritual: life, death, and mind. Out of them all, death mages are the least popular; they're also called necromancers. But we aren't talking about them right now. So, if your gift is fire, you can do your best, but you'd never do anything with water, and if you can conjure air, mind is outside your skill set.

I watched as Alice turned to Maggie, her sharp eyes brimming with something akin to approval. "You know, even though you aren't eighteen yet, I have to admit, I'm impressed," she said, her voice steady but laced with a rare warmth. "The way you wield your magic, the precision, the control... it's remarkable. No doubt it comes from your fae blood. It’s in your nature to command it." She crossed her arms, as if sizing Maggie up once more, but this time, there was no skepticism, only recognition.

After all she reacted to everything differently. "The creature has begun approaching rapidly," Faelan said. "We need to brace ourselves." Faelan was someone very rare among us. While we had awakened abilities such as time control, supernatural strength and fire control, he had awakened magic. Magic was more versatile than our abilities combined and could even display our abilities. I didn't know how that worked but I was impressed by it.

She was the first supernatural I knew who possessed three magics. Coco stood. "The original seven may be gone, but their magic lives on in us! At the Seven Magics Academy, we will teach you what it means to eat, sleep, and breathe your magic. Whether you have the heart of a fairy or the soul of a dragon. The speed of a vampire or the strength of a troll. The sight of an elf or the ability to transform as the locanis, you belong here, and we are honored to have you with us." The room exploded with cheering and clapping.

I am nearly at the back of the book when I look up at Elijah and say, "Silver and Iron..." He looks at me with puzzlement, so I read the small caption "Fairys are easy to kill once you get around their magical defences. Silver is one natural element that will help in lowering their defences. The use of silver on its own will hurt a fairy, but depending on the fairy, it will not stop them. Iron is another natural element that will help you get around their magical defences, but iron is used more for its ability to control them, as it has a binding effect. However, when combined a fairy becomes extremely weak as the combination of both elements makes a fairy's magic almost void, allowing one t

Maybe this would change his mind. I turned from the wall, to look down at Sassafras, only to see a thin snake of red power coil around him and let go again. It drifted toward me even as a similar strand of blue flittered across Liam's shoulder, a fluttering piece of green teasing the ends of Charlotte's hair. "All the magicks," Liam said. "The power of the creators." I reached for the red strand, let it slide over my palm. "This is blood magic." Usually just thinking about the forbidden power made my stomach crawl. But standing there in the maji chamber, I had to wonder what all the fuss was about.

Elias replied, still chuckling, "Yes. I couldn't possibly tell her about you" Erica chewed her bottom lip, "So...is everyone here a mage? Like born as a mage?" Elias immediately replied, "No, absolutely not. None of them are born as a mage. You are unique. You share Rosa's soul". Lucien added, "What the supernatural world portrays about us mages is not completely the true picture. They give examples of mages like Aldred", Elias growled at the mention of him but the former continued, "Not everyone can be a mage. To hone the ability to control one or more elemental powers is not easy. One has to have some inborn capability for that. Usually, they are destined and some choose the path on their

“Is that so? Elena, what do you know about the types of magic sorcerers use?” “There are originally four sources of magic that result in different practices. Earth magic, Water Magic, Wind Magic, and Spirit Magic. All of them have healing attributes but water magic is the strongest in this aspect and…” Elena frowned. “I haven’t really met many sorcerers, they are not welcome in my father’s county yet, so I am not sure…. but I think water magic and earth magic are more common.”
