It was emerald green, sleek and curvy—perfect for a bunch of fresh flowers or even fake plastic ones. Then I saw another thing. A huge, lemon-green teddy bear. I never expected the party I thought would be full of deep talks with company leaders to turn into the dullest party I have ever attended. I came to the party with Nadya. My hopes to see the wolf again were dashed, but the disappointment didn't last. Her lips curved in a welcoming smile that immediately put me at ease, but Gera hooted angrily at her and tried to convince me to turn around and run. Her long black hair flowed around her like a silk sheet, ending at her narrow waist. She wore a floor-length forest green gown that complimented the purple eyes set in her lovely face. A thick fringe of lashes matched her hair and decorated her eyes giving her a mysterious, otherworldly beauty. "Are you a fairy?" She asked me, with genuine excitement lighting the violet depths of her eyes. She looked human, but as far as I knew their eyes didn't come in that color.

He saw the pained expression from his fairy so he tried to comfort her by patting her shiny pale yellow hair. "It's alright. You are going to be fine."He whispered. Her pained expression suddenly calmed down. Then after a few seconds, she slowly opened her eyes. He could see that his fairy was still adjusting her eyesight. He was mesmerized by the color of her eyes. It was like a fresh green mint in the forest. His heart started to thump faster especially when his fairy turned her gaze towards him. It seemed like he didn't know what to do. He just froze right there looking at her like a fool.

I reply giggling with excitement.

The snake was once again fooled. “Are you okay?” Jai asked the fairy as he kneeled. “Yes!” The fairy was holding his hair, like its other siblings that had helped Jai. It then searched something behind its back as Jai stood up. “Please stay with me.” Jai said. “This snake doesn’t seem to get tired at all while I do.” The fairy pulled a four-leaf clover from behind its back. The leaf wasn’t small in size, it was big, like a small fan. “Do not worry, Jai. Green is here! With me here, you will be lucky!”

Jo skidded to a stop, tensing. "Who's there?" she demanded. From the bushes, two petite figures emerged, girls with shimmering green and pink hair. Jo’s nose twitched. Fairies. They approached cautiously, sizing her up. One of them sniffed the air and froze mid-step. "Wait," the green-haired one said sharply. "She doesn’t smell like the others." The pink-haired one followed, sniffing. They exchanged a look. "Who are you?" the green-haired fairy asked warily. "You smell like a..."

With a grunt, she dragged it around herself, using all her strength to fight its thrashing and slash at its neck right under the frill for a clean kill— Green. Vibrant, breathtaking green, a cross between the hue of a pure emerald and the green of verdant grass and clovers in the lushest of meadows. Then clear blue water, sparkling under the sun, a whole pool of it under the shade of drooping palm trees with fronds as large as she was tall—
