Novel & Cerita Falling Asleep Uncontrollably

I am supposed to stay up and sit so I won't fall asleep but it is overwhelming and I find myself drifting off to sleep slowly. I don't know when sleep eludes me completely.

The unconscious state that we drift into when we sleep is something I have loathed all my life. The complete feeling of helplessness were you cannot control what happens to you,has always been scary to me. You could be killed while you sleep and you wouldn't even know. I was petrified of feeling that helpless. It always amazed me when I see people taking a nap. To me it felt like they didn't care about themselves, they didn't care about their safety. Anything could happen while you sleep and you wouldn't know.

” A chill seemed to pass through him. “I tried to stay awake one night to watch her, just to be sure. But it felt like my body didn’t belong to me anymore. Every night, as midnight approached, a heavy pull dragged at me. I tossed and turned, counted the floorboards, even whispered to myself—nothing worked. My eyes would shut no matter how hard I fought. It wasn’t normal. It felt… controlled. Like some invisible hand was forcing me to follow a rule I didn’t understand.” He shook his head slowly.

What if he is giving me to these people? I want to wake up, I try to force my eyes to open, but I can't. I have no control over my body. I'm so confused between wanting to sleep and fighting to wake up. Know matter how hard I try, I can't keep my mind awake. I then fall into a deep slumber.

" Good, no phone or any other device before an hour from bedtime, choose the hour when you want to go to bed, do relaxing activities before sleep, okay?" " No sleeping means no staying alone in the room, overthinking will devour you alive. Call one of us, GOT IT?" " Yes sure." What's the point of hiding anything anymore? They are my brothers and they should know it all. " It's the first time you are using those?" Marco asked " It's not the first time I took them after the death of my adoptive parents considering I had the same issue. and this is my second time. I often have sleeplessness, but I can always control it."

After dinner, Amy couldn’t get some sleep, no matter how hard she tried. She closed her eyes for several minutes, hoping it would help her fall asleep, but nothing worked. Why can’t I fall asleep? She wondered, tossing and turning on her bed. After some minutes, she gave up trying, and got out of bed, heading for her dad’s bedroom. He was the only person who could help her when she was having trouble falling asleep. She only hopes he’s still awake, but she doubts that, since it’s already pass midnight.

Unfortunately for me, I wasn't so lucky. After waking up and changing into my pajamas, I struggled to get back to sleep. Then, when I finally did manage to fall asleep, I kept getting that weird falling feeling that jolted me awake at least three times. Needless to say, it had been a miserable night for me, which was only exacerbated by the fact that I'd barely slept the night before too.

And it worsen every passing time. I yawned while browsing in my social media so i won't be sleepy but i'm failing terribly. It's still ten in the evening and my eyelids are already heavy. I rubbed my eyes harshly so it will open widely but it just worsen the situation. I got more sleepy. The next thing i know, i was already panting while clutching my chest, calling Slaughtrus and crawling to reach him. I growned when i felt my hips hit a hard surface. I opened my eyes and saw myself tangled in sheets out of my bed. I fell.

Tears gather at the brim of my eyes and as I part my lips to speak, a soft sob hiccups from my throat. “I can’t sleep…” I cry, and I can’t stop myself, my watery voice quavering, “I’m tired, Marcel. I’m so, so, so tired. I just want to sleep, but I can’t! I can’t sleep, because I fall asleep and then I wake up every 30 minutes and then I can’t fall asleep again for hours and oh…”

How on earth can this be happening to me? They say drinking to excess can cause you to fall asleep more easily or even to black out. That is exactly what happened to me. The sex and alcohol were like sedatives to me, I fell asleep like a baby, relishing the warmth he provided, and I kept wishing to be in his arms forever. I only woke up when my bladder signaled to my brain that I need to pee. I tried getting off the bed to run to the restroom and ease my discomfort, but I was held in a firm grip by a gorgeous stranger that made my first time a memorable one.
