“It would take a long way for us to get there.” “I know,” Tristan exhaled heavily as he looked down. “But I’ll do whatever it takes, no matter how hard and how long it can be done. I’ve witnessed how Saphiron died and I couldn’t bear the guilt as I just stood there and did nothing. But now that I’ve found a chance, I won’t let it slip away this time. So tell me, how do we summon it?” “We can’t do it here, your grace,” the mage replied. “These legendary beasts are summoned in the Dragonshire, located in the southern region of ETristanos… the Dragon Mountains.”

In his case, he could now be considered a Beast Trainer. "What's the most powerful beast?" Samuel asked curiously. "Master, the Beast Hunting Competition will be held in the Dragon-rocky Mountains this time. The strange beasts there are relatively elementary. I heard that the most powerful one is only a three-star strange beast. If you want to see the most powerful one, you have to go to the Dark Forest. At the border of the Three Kingdoms, I heard that there are only nine-star strange beasts in the Dark Forest," Huang Xiaoyong said.

But there was no one there to answer my questions. I didn't waste another second. I hurried out of the room, relieved to find that the door wasn't locked. I stepped into the hallway and looked in both directions, unsure of where to go or whether anyone was watching me. I still had no idea why I had been brought back to the palace. The Custodian had drugged me and driven me all the way back here, but for what reason? The Beast only slept with a woman once. That was the rule I had heard about him, and it was the reason I had never imagined I would see him again after that night. So what did he want from me now? Why had he gone through the trouble of bringing me back?

--- Orion stepped forward. "Where is it?" The First Beast raised one enormous arm. It pointed beyond the broken palace. Beyond the forests. Beyond the mountains. "Far beyond Moon Summit." "The path cannot be seen." "It must be awakened." Ariana frowned. "How?" The First Beast looked directly at the Moon Crown resting in Eryndor's hands. "When the Crown becomes whole again... it will reveal the way." --- A deafening roar interrupted them. The Abyss General climbed back to its feet.

Caleb shouted back. “I don’t care.” I laughed and then I looked at Marcus and I sat on the edge of the bed. “How are we actually going to find the beast?” He sat beside me. “I don’t know.” “Exactly.” I sighed. “We can’t just walk around asking people, ‘Excuse me, have you seen a giant magical white wolf guarding a cave with a glowing heart inside?’” Caleb snorted. “I’d pay to see you try.” I glared at him. “I’m serious.”

My heart dropped. “You see,” the demon continued, “treasures always demand a price.” Her voice drifted like smoke. “If you want the truth, go to the Stormspire Mountain. Every answer you seek waits there.” The doors burst open as the werewolf elders stormed in. Outside, strange, soft-bodied creatures were fighting the police—boneless, writhing, crawling across the garden like massive larvae. I stared at them in horror. The worms. “Oh,” Thalmyr giggled. “You’ve found my little gift. Do you like it?”

After dinner, us kids head up to bed for school tomorrow. The next day after school, Alice, Kim and I quickly do our homework and head to the hidden room, and start creating an inventory of everything in there. There’s books, Grimores, scrolls with spells and wards on them, tapestry, art work, rugs, herbs and things in jars. Mom calls them magical ingredients, and says to write on a separate piece of paper what they are according to the labels. Anything we don’t know of the herbs, she tells us to pick up with a towel, because it might be harmful to our wolves, or other shifter counterparts. There are books on Dragons, Wolves, Fae, Witches, Vampires, Gryffin, Fairies, and several types of shi

A small sob escapes my lips then I steel my heart “where do we need to go?” “to the Willow Peak Mountain, there is a special plant that grows there that can restore life” I was about to open a portal when Tabitha walked by me seemingly to pick up a basket when a faint scent catches my nose, like rotting meat, I turn and look around looking for the source of the scent. “Is everything alright?” “Hmm? Yes, it is, do you have everything you’d need?”

Lila asked. “More like it,” Axel muttered. “Is that true?” Mother widened her eyes in shock. “Not exactly. We found his hiding spot. We think we found his hiding spot,” I quickly rephrased. “Where? How? And what do you plan to do with it?” Mother quickly asked. I glanced at Lila. “Remember the wolfsbane farm you found? Someone gave us more insight on it. She found somewhere like that in the east.” “And you plan to go there alone without informing us?” Lila furrowed her brows.

"Wolfsbane is common and can be acquired anywhere, so there are no leads as of now. I will let you know if I find anything." "Thank you, Jade. We appreciate your help. We will take it from here." I vowed, my eyes burning with unshed tears. *** Follow my socials to stay updated! F******k: The Scripturient I*******m: san_2045
