“Is that a challenge, baby?” Amara looked over her shoulder, her eyes meeting his as she tilted her head. “Do you take it as one?” Rhys walked behind her, his chest touching her back as he raised his hand and ran his fingers over the several books on the shelf above. Eyes sharp and amused. Amara was almost pressed between him and the book rack, heart in her mouth and legs clenching. She knew he was doing it on purpose. “You like fantasy, more like magic and knights.” He pulled out one book, a thick book with a light brown cover with images of a knight and a woman. He tilted his head. “Never grasped what’s so good about this one though.”

But if shifters were more like the ones in these books, life would be a little more exciting in a pack. I wander around the bookstore until I found the fantasy section. Mystery and romance are nice but I like a good fight scene or two. I like my main character to be a badass or at least trained into being a badass. I read through a few s descriptions and decided on the perfect one. I headed up to the counter to make my purchase. The cashier had a bright smile and was very bubbly in the way she talked. "Hi! Did you find what you were looking for?" She gestured to the book.

It was only my imagination, they were all against me. I don't know about you, but I love reading Chinese novels as well as mangas. They transport me to a world were people reincarnate, where a second chance can be obtained, you can correct you mistake in your second life, you can even prevent injustice to happen since you have super powers or cheat like a magical ornament. There you're efforts are compensated. It's so idealistic, that is why I also read novels, be it historical, romantic or fantasy, they're my heaven. I escaped to this imaginaries world's, when I can't take it anymore. My best novels are " any duchess will do", throne of Glass" and "Jane Eyre", they're more realistic. But I

“You like her.” Corey looked down at his plate, “Yes.” The table became quiet and Jethro’s teasing expression disappeared. His mother reached across the table and touched Corey’s hand. “Then don’t be afraid of it.” Corey looked at her, afraid of what? “Loving someone.” He swallowed. "You know everything that’s happening.” I know. “I don’t want her caught in the middle.” His mother squeezed his hand. Sometimes you cannot protect the people you love by keeping them at a distance. Corey remembered Mama Uyioku’s words. Stand beside her, not in front of her.’He nodded slowly, “I know.”

I said I breathed in and took a glance at Jean, seems like she's having h teacher. I wish I could just swap places with Nikki. Alive is cool but I don't know, I kinda prefer Jean with her long blonde hair, blue eyes and her, wait, what am I saying, damn!!. I turned back to Alice only to find her staring at me strangely. "What?" I asked and she shrugged 🍒 🍒 🍒 🍒 We continued our lessons and it turns out that she just needs praises and a little push from me, after that she did great, I was impressed.

Just the wind brushing the surface of the court. “I don’t want to choose between you and Dante. I want both of you. I know it sounds mad, like some fairytale poly fantasy. But I’ve thought about it, and it makes sense. We all want each other. And I know you might be scared, or think Dante and I still have unfinished business, but... it’s not about old feelings. It’s about the new ones we’ve built. All three of us.” Taiga’s shoulders stiffened. His lips parted, then shut. His eyes dropped to the ground.

“Fantasy?” Came the uncertain inquiry through the bullhorn that sounded out loudly amongst the hustle and bustle of the crowded pier. Raising my hand I picked up my duffel bag and began making my way forward. As I walked the men about me stared. They always stared. It was kind of nice and yet annoying at the same time. It didn’t help that my Russian born mother so enamored with her relocation to a new and in her eyes, ‘fantasy land’ of America had named me as such.
