I let go of him immediately. I knew where all of this was leading. I didn't have Luna yet. As a lycan, after an Alpha, a Luna is next then an heir. But I had none. Two years ago after I was crowned, Faye was nominated as the chosen lycan Luna of the pack but I never accepted her. She wasn't my mate and I wasn't attracted to her. We were childhood friends and she understands me better. I wasn't going to make her my Luna, but she stands in for now till I find my mate.

"Be my woman who waits for me to come home." ... Under the moonlight, Lucien made his vow... The king who had been destined to spend his entire life alone had chosen to defy his own fate. For a long time, he waited for her and now, he found her. His wolf is crying and howling in joy. The Lycan King finally found his Queen. Kai follows the scent, trying to calm the manic madness in him. He finally spots her near the bar, drinking. For a moment, he stares at her in astonishment.

Rea said which made me stunned. " What? I will be the Lycan King's personal maid?", I asked her again for confirmation. She stop and turned around. " Yes! You should be thankful. Just come with me so I can teach you kitchen tasks before he announce the new Luna." After hearing her, I was confused and curious who was his chosen Luna. I knew Imore couldn't be his Luna because he was Alpha Damien's fated mate. It can't be Kaya because she's clumsy and Asta can't be his Luna either because she's too young for it and hasn't develop a scent yet since she hasn't met her wolf.

Plans began. The future carried on. For the first time in Lycan territory, someone called me Luna and I finally understood why.

Lykos' transformation into a Lycan ceased, and he returned to his human form, albeit with an ethereal luminescence. Lykos, now immortal, felt the warmth of Luna's love flowing through his veins.
