Omega Substitute Lycan Luna Novels & Stories

After the run in with Lorna I felt more confident. I proved I wasn’t some weak omega that could be taken advantage of. I know that some are shocked I would strike a high-ranking wolf, but the truth is I’m not simply an omega anymore. I’m more than that. Soon I will be Luna and I will not be looked at as some weak little omega who always needs her Alpha Supreme mate to defend her.

Lucian muttered sleepily. “Oh that’s good, that’s saves us time a little.” I added and made a mental notice to stop at a restaurant before going to the Club, so we’d would have something in our stomach before taking alcohol. We finally got to the pack and I saw two people standing, a man and a woman, I knew that’s the Alpha and the Luna. Blue Zircon is a very unique pack in the sense that the Luna is also the Beta, although they are usually very petite in stature, but they have super ordinary strength that makes up for their lack of thick body.

It could also be earlier than that, depending on their specialties. Lyn, however, is over nineteen years old. In six months she would be twenty and if she didn't get her wolf by then, there would only be one possibility. Omega. As an Alpha & Luna’s daughter, that will be so humiliating for them. “Lyn!” Lycia approached Lyn with quick steps. Her face looked worried. She touched Lyn's forehead slowly while her eyes started emitting anger. “Who has done this to you?” Lycia asked in a stiff, angry tone.

The corridor back to the Luna’s wing was quiet save for the soft rustle of silk and the measured tread of the three women, the winter sun spilling pale gold across the stone floor. Imogen walked slowly, one hand cradling the heavy curve of her belly, the child within shifting as though aware of every step. Scarlett and the second Omega followed a respectful step behind, eyes lowered, their footfalls soft, heads bowed in deference. “You are truly blessed, Luna, to have Dravonia’s Lycan so devoted…” the other Omega murmured, voice hushed with reverence. “No one else has ever tamed the Lycan’s heart the way you have.”

I blurted, standing abruptly and pushing past Jason. “Elizabeth!” I heard him call after me as I burst through the front door and onto the driveway. I knew that shifting into my wolf while clothed would destroy my outfit completely, but I couldn’t care less—I needed to get away from them, away from this house, away from Jason. Right there in the middle of his driveway, I let Luna take over. We shifted immediately. For an omega female, Luna was unusually large. Her coat shimmered like burnished copper and gold whenever the light touched it, and her eyes were a striking blue ringed with gold.

Chapter 11: Found! While there are three types of Alphas, there are only two types of Omegas. The ordinary Omegas and the Lunas. Lunas are the embodiment of the Moon mother in wolf form. It is said that a pack where a Luna surfaces is a blessed pack. The life of a Luna cannot be taken. The only way to kill a Luna is to absorb their power, then kill them. Since a fully developed Luna is even more powerful than a True Alpha, the only person who can absorb their powers is a Supreme Alpha. Now, Lunas are not as scarce as Supreme Alphas, but they are not common either. Because while Supreme Alphas are made, Lunas are born. In the whole Blue Moon, there were only three known Lunas. They were said

“Sweetheart, you need to make sure we kill all the bacteria at least.” I roll my eyes. “We are werewolves, unless it is laced with wolfbane and silver, I can eat it raw.” The Omega smiles. “You better watch your backs, young Alphas. I believe Luna is having a boy.” “I think so too. And he is starving. Can you bring me another steak please?” I ask her with a little pout. “Of course, Luna, and a little more rare it is,” she winks at me and hurries away.

Elder Vera rises. "Luna Whitmore. Your sacrifice for your daughter is noted and honored by this Council." Her voice is careful, carrying something underneath the formality. "However, questions have been raised about your current position. You are Luna of Moonshadow Pack, mated to Alpha Ashford. But you no longer possess Alpha nature." A pause. "The question before this Council is whether an omega can serve as Luna." The murmur that goes through the room is not surprise. It's the sound of people who already had opinions finding permission to voice them.

Minutes stretch into hours, the day slowly, painfully bleeds away into night. Kahn returns first… with Eli. There is still no noticeable difference in the man. “Are you sure it worked?” I ask Kahn. “He doesn’t look like a Lycan.” “Sure he does. An Omega, but still a Lycan.” “Oooooh,” I sigh. “Lycans have Omegas?” Kahn chuckles and goes straight to the bar. “Of course we do. Although, so far, he’s the only one The Goddess has made.”

“This isn’t something to celebrate.” A few people laughed and my chest tightened. “What do you mean?” He stepped back like my presence disgusted him. “I mean I don’t want you, Valerie.” The words immediately stabbed a hole through my heart. “I... I don’t understand,” I said quickly. “The Goddess chose...” “The Goddess made a mistake,” he cut in. “You’re an Omega and you can’t even shift. What am I supposed to do with you?” More laughter and my ears rang. “I can learn,” I said desperately. “I can try harder. I swear I’ll...”
