Brother's Friend Becomes My Baby's Dad

Brother's Friend Becomes My Baby's Dad

“I want to be there for you, and for our baby. Whatever you need. If you depend on me, even for little things at first, I can show you I mean it.” “I don’t know.” “Here! Look.” He reached into his knapsack at the foot of the bench and pulled out two books. He held them up for me and I skimmed the titles. They were books on parenting. “I want to be a good father,” he said. I slightly thawed, impressed by the bent spines and marked pages of the books. He’d been studying. He lowered his books down onto the empty space on the opposite side of him. “I’ve made mistakes, Cynthia. I was an idiot kid. So many women all around me kept throwing themselves at me and I was too weak to reject them.”

Claimed By The Biker Kings: Their Forbidden Queen

“I’ve been researching.” “Of course you have,” Alina said fondly. He spread the books out. What to Expect When You’re Expecting. The Whole-Brain Child. Parenting with Purpose. At least fifteen more. “We’re not reading all of those,” Maddox said. “Why not?” Ronan asked. “We should be informed.” “We should be sane,” Maddox countered. “Books are fine, but we can’t overthink this.” “How can we overthink preparing for a baby?” Ronan asked, genuinely confused.

Evil Contract Wife

Evil Contract Wife

"Your daddy might end up graduating as an obstetrician soon. I'm not even joking about it." "He has been reading so many books about how to take care of pregnant women and how to ensure they have a smooth delivery. Heck, the library is almost full to the brim with books about childcare." Her eyelids fluttered. Livian had not deliberately let her see the books he was reading. She didn't know when he read them either, but he had been following the advice written by qualified obstetricians. Just when she thought she had received her fair share of being treated like someone's treasures, he broke his own record over and over, making her feel more special than she had ever thought she would feel.

Hello, Author Dahlia here. Thank you for picking up Evil Contract Wife. This is a fairly long book with lots of steamy romance. The current update rate is 1 chapter per day... I hope you enjoy it! ...️ ...️

The plot was very interesting. I love that both ml and fl aren't goody two shoes. Hahahah! Kudos to the author! A pity though that some 3 chapters towards the end were missing and replaced by repeated chapters. Hopefully, it can be corrected so I can read the actual chapters.

The True Luna's Mark

The True Luna's Mark

Inside, I found hundreds of notes in Axel’s handwriting. He noted the things he liked and put my name and a question mark on a few others. Many of the notes were about what to get depending on the gender of the baby. There were also notes about whether something would be safe for an infant. Tears filled my eyes as I flipped through a few more magazines. At the bottom of the box was a book for mothers who were expecting, as well as a book for fathers. In only a week, it seemed Axel had put in a lot of effort and was excited about having a child.

I am so in love with this book! The story is very well written and the characters are highly developed. What I have been enjoying the most about this story, is for everything that is happened Stormie, she still continues to survive, grow, be independent, finds her weaknesses and strengthens them.

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

Volumes slid free on their own, scrolls unrolled in midair, ladders glided across rails, and stacks of books floated from distant corners toward me like determined birds. I sat upright in alarm. “Sol.” “I see it.” The books circled my chair once. Then descended. They landed around me in perfect piles. Motherhood. Pregnancy. Children. Infants. Training. So many titles that my eyes could barely keep pace. The Latent Mate

The Latent Mate

“ I'm sure she will slow down once the baby gets here after it's her first one” “it's my first too man, there's no guideline on those things the damn books don't help at all” he shows me the baby book that he was reading, if he wasn't looking like he wanted to cry I would've laughed my ass off cause the only thing that I have ever seen Jay reads is a piece paper that needs his signature and it's not often, so seeing that side of him makes me happy for him. “ anything for our mate man, you know how it is”

He paused, and I could see a hint of vulnerability in his eyes, his hands were shaking and his breath was short. “One thing I learned is that it’s good for the mother to write to the baby while they’re still in the womb. It’s supposed to help build a connection.” He held the book out to me. “I got this for you. I want you to write to our baby, every day if you can. I think it’ll be good for you… and for the baby.” I stared at the book in his hands, I couldn't believe my ears. He had been preparing for this, for some, and better still he had been reading documentaries and books. Was I the book from him, feeling the smooth leather beneath my fingers? I saw a name on it.

The Fontaines of Hollywood series: The Mystery of You

He's been in here since the last time I was snooping - there's a stack of books in the middle of the desk now. Curious, I stop and tilt my head, my eyes skimming the spines. They're all books about pregnancy and parenting - A Father's Guide to Pregnancy, Getting Ready for your First Baby, Pregnancy: Week by Week, The New Dad's Handbook, and others. More than half a dozen of them. When did he buy them? They look brand new - he must have ordered them sometime this past week. Suddenly, I'm overcome with emotion. Rafe really, truly cares. He wants to be a good father to our child. This isn't just about lust for him. It's not just a game. He actually wants to do this right.

“Really? That’s wonderful news. Son, I always knew you would make my dream come true someday. I always wanted to have a big family. Congratulations.” “Thank you, Dad. I'm so happy! But... I have no idea how to be a Dad to three little newborn babies. I’m so nervous,” Aaron admitted. Edmund chuckled on the phone. He replied, “You don't need to be nervous. I've seen you with the triplets. You're a good father. I'm confident that you will do a good job. For now, read books about newborn babies and how to take care of them. Why the Crocodile Tears?

Why the Crocodile Tears?

He quickly shut his mouth. He stood up and wandered around to digest. Noticing Gregory holding a book, he leaned in curiously. "What are you reading so seriously?" When he read the title of the book, he froze, completely speechless. "What is it that's got your jaw hitting the floor?" Adrian also wheeled over and raised an eyebrow when he saw the title—"Accompanying My Wife Through Pregnancy." Beside Gregory's hand were several other books that were bookmarked—"Complete Pregnancy Guide," "Weekly Recipe for Pregnant Women," and "Dad's Voice: The Secret to Prenatal Bonding."
