Unbeknownst

Unbeknownst

Tired of pretending the holidays didn’t take every insecurity I owned and amplify it by ten. The worst part was that I didn’t even know what I wanted anymore. Not really. Just that I needed space. Somewhere, I wasn’t being watched. Somewhere, I didn’t feel like a progress report. Somewhere I could exist without explanation. I reached for my phone again. I wasn’t planning anything dramatic. This wasn’t a breakdown. This was a browse. A harmless scroll. Completely reasonable behaviour. I opened a travel app. France appeared almost immediately, as if it had been waiting for me to admit something.

Her Wolf King

Her Wolf King

"You think being afraid is shameful? You think acknowledging terror is cowardice? You are wrong. You are completely wrong. Fear is not weakness. Fear is wisdom. Fear is recognition of risk. Fear is an acknowledgement of loss. Fear is honouring what you would lose. You fear ceasing because existence is valuable. You fear nothing because something is meaningful. You fear ending because being matters. That fear is not weakness. That fear is proof that existence is worthwhile. That being is valuable. That something matters. Your fear validates everything you taught. Everything you demonstrated. Everything you proved. Existence is so valuable that even Hope fears losing it. Being is so meaningful

MARKED BY THE ALPHA I WAS TOLD TO FEAR

MARKED BY THE ALPHA I WAS TOLD TO FEAR

“I cannot stand up in a long room over a corn store in front of thirty-five houses and be counted, Wren. I’d lose the use of my mouth. I have lost the use of my mouth in front of less than that.” “I know.” “Do you?” “Four hundred and seven,” I said. “Open entry. I stood on a bridge two years ago and couldn’t say my own name out loud, and a man had to say it for me, and I have been paying that off ever since, and if you want the truth,h I am still paying it off,ff and that is most of why I walked here.” I turned the cup round. “I’m not going to tell you you’d be brave at it. You’d be frightened, and it would go on for four years, and it doesn’t stop being frightening because it’s important. N

RUTHLESS

RUTHLESS

Maren threw the silk blanket aside and scrambled back against the tufted headboard, her heart hammering in her chest. She refused to cower before the silhouette standing over the wooden crib like a predator in the dark. "Are you out of your mind, standing over us like some sort of sociopath?" she demanded, her voice trembling from the lingering terror of her nightmare.

Breathless

Breathless

I deeply wanted to enter and comfort him, but I ignored it and walked through my door. A few days passed since I had last spoken with Aspen, I haven't seen him around the castle since then and every night I hear crashes in his room. Today Aspen's best friend Jason had a great idea for us to play capture the flag, so here I am getting ready for that. I put on a black crop top that had the words 'Adidas' written across it in white with black Adidas shorts, paired with Nike running shoes. Oh, shut up, I know what you're thinking, "why does she not wear Adidas sneakers as well" and my answer is well that would be crazy. I tied my hair into a high pony tail making sure to get every single stand i

Fearless

Fearless

The Return of the Fearless Jae moved. Hazel didn't even see him disappear. One second, he was standing above the city. The next— the black door exploded. A wave of energy tore across the sky. Every creature within hundreds of meters was destroyed. The clouds split. The atmosphere shook. People across Chicago looked upward. The man they had heard about for years was finally there. The Fearless. Jae Gray. He landed in the middle of the street. Hazel stood several feet away.

The Alpha's Halo

The Alpha's Halo

He took a seat on the ground and I joined him. “I want to be like you,” I blurted. “Not you in particular, but I want to be like the members of your pack. Strong and fearless,” I clarified. “What makes you think they're fearless?” he wondered, looking at me. “They seem to be.” I shrugged. “We all have our fears, Priya. And that's okay. You're not supposed to be fearless to be strong. You just need to be in control of your fear. You should never be a puppet in your fear’s hand.” His words seemed wise.

This is marvelous and I really love the story despite of some grammatical issues. I highly recommend this book and I would like to congratulate you dear author for a job well done! Kudos to you and I am hoping for more great stories from you! A sequel will be best also. What happened to her brother?

This book is fantastic; not the typical growly "I am alpha" romance. It is sweet and slow burning. There are some grammatical mistakes in the beginning that make it a little challenging to get into, but stick with the author. The writing improves as the story goes on and is worth the effort

Resisting him

Resisting him

Amanda Bittencourt i swear i still hate him
Fear. Four letters, but a word that every human being knows. It is impossible not to be afraid of anything. It is fear that makes us human. It is he who unites us. It is he who makes us see life in a negative or positive way. And the worst kind of fear is the fear of the unknown. The one we don't know where it comes from or what it can cause.

Reincarnation of my competitive spirit

Reincarnation of my competitive spirit

no fear Life should be free from everything that scares you. If there is something that scares you, you have to make some effort to overcome this fear. And here I must admit that I feel some fear of heights. I avoid heights as much as possible, but lately I have had to climb three stories with a very long rope twirled at my side. I gritted my teeth, and kept repeating to myself: "No fear, no fear, no fear" until I finished the task. Yeah, yeah, and of course I didn't look down, whatever you're afraid of, you should To confront it and conquer it.

And lastly, you mortal, you think you can scare me with rain and constant thunderstorms, you have failed, and mind you that can't work for me over my dead body will I be scared of you That's why I love this precious quote "To me, “FEARLESS '' is not the absence of fear. It’s not being completely unafraid. To me, FEARLESS is having fears. FEARLESS is having doubts. Lots of them. To me, FEARLESS is living despite those things that scare you to death. FEARLESS is falling madly in love again, even though you’ve been hurt before.
