“That’s a colossal squid,” Lloyd said, pointing. “I carved it from the picture in Lucas’s book. The eyes are dinner-plate sized on the real thing, but I had to take some liberties.”
“The proportions are wrong,” Chloe said, picking up the squid and turning it over in her hands. “The mantle should be longer relative to the tentacles.”
“You’re right…”
“But the painting is excellent.”
