What she had just seen should have made her faint immediately but she still retained her composure, she still held on to her consciousness, still believing it was her son. As she always enjoyed watching action movies, she thought she would enjoy watching this movie. "Fifty Shades of Grey? Are you sure?" He asked. Wasn't that an erotic film that was released a few years ago? "Yeah! It's a great movie!" Without a doubt, Rose answered while nodding a few times. Kevin chuckled and replied, "Well, it's not bad! I didn't expect you to like this kind of movie! Tell me about it when I get home. Maybe next time we can watch it together!"

The man says trying to move back in the chair he is chained to. “Grey has a knack for looking in to people minds. He has this ability that has only grew over the years. He is going to look for the woman in your mind so we know who she is.” I tell the man as I lean back in my own chair relaxed. I watch as Grey walks behind the man and puts his finger tips to the man’s temples. He closes his eyes and watch his finger tips glow a light orange color before it stops. Grey’s eyes shoot open as he looks directly at me. He starts shaking his head as he let’s go of the man’s head and steps back a few paces.

“Wait a minute! They’re going to test her, I want to know the results!” While they were discussing, Grey was fading away. “Wait.. wait...I want to see what’s going to happen.” Grey said as he was fading. And then Grey wakes up from his dream. He was pretty tired from the trip to the mountains and somehow a dream showed about a person he didn’t know. “That was pretty weird, I need to get some milk,” Grey said as he went downstairs. From the center of the mist, a figure stepped forward. She was wearing a gown of grey silk that seemed to be made of falling ash. Her hair was no longer gold; it was a pale, dead silver, and her eyes were empty sockets filled with swirling grey dust. She held the Shadow-Shard of the Mother-Lode, but it was no longer black. It was the color of a cataract.

The white lights, lingering above, glared through dirty glass of their bulbs, flooding the grey single tables, the grey food, and the grey floor below awash, seemingly revealing all. The spoons were grey, the plates were grey, and the chairs were grey. Everything was grey. The engineer's eyes were grey, his standard issue shirt and trousers were grey, and a few grey hairs sat in the overgrown ,bushy ginger cloud which lay atop his head. His sallow skin, once tanned and always flushing red, now held a grey hue. The bags under his eyes, however, were a staunch black.

Ruby stood up before storming off to the bathroom. "she's great fun" Riley scoffed. We began people watching, it was strange when all 50 girls got together... it became real.. real what we were 'competing' for... You could tell who cared, some girls sat with their eyes glued to the door. Others chatted absently... The door behind us opened, the light filling the dim room. It was nice to have someone to talk about his romantic life with –semi pseudo paraplegic romance –even though it wasn't for free. It felt regular and archaic and old and a total cliché when he took his first step towards the man. He expected to feel something new, but it was still the same. From the ground floor elevator to the third floor where Hamilton's office was; the purple orchid that hung to right side of the door; the room thirty seven copper plated office number with Dr H. E. Greenfield boldly inscribed beneath, everything up unto this moment felt too predictable and strangely insipid.
