I nearly laughed at the Pepto Bismol-pink mini dress that looked more suitable for a cutesy ballerina than a future Luna. As Audrey hurried back into the fitting room with another gown in her arms and a beet-red face, I felt my phone buzz in my pocket. Shifting the shirts and loafers I was holding into my other arm, I slipped it out and opened my messages. “Finally got cell service! Found a trail,” a text from Peter read. “I think Fiona has a safehouse somewhere up north in Coldclaw territory. No roads, so I’ll have to go on foot. But it’s a good lead.”

She applied some lipstick but then felt it was too deliberate and quickly wiped it off. After waiting for ten minutes, fifteen minutes, and twenty minutes, the sound of water in the bathroom was still loud, but Lucas had not come out yet. Fiona waited anxiously, about to get angry, but suddenly she noticed water seeping out from under the bathroom door. "This kid, did he faint?" Fiona exclaimed and rushed into the bathroom, only to see the double bathtub full of water, the window on the other side wide open, and several damp shoe prints on the windowsill...

"Mama Papa... Take care and please get me out of here soon I'll be waiting” Fiona said on the verge of crying. "Yes my love, now please” Her mother said and kissed her forehead softly. Fiona's whole body became alert and goosebumps on her whole body proved that the situation was worse. Fiona's body shoots up with high alert as loud piercing cries ring out everywhere. Gathering lots of courage, with her shaking body she peeped out with the help of a small hole enough to see outside, and houses burning down in flames.
