Warga sering mendengar suara-suara aneh dari Rumah Kosong ini namun seiring waktu tidak terdengar lagi hingga salah satu warganya meninggal misterius di rumah kosong ini membuat semua keangkeran itu kembali menghantui Dusun Sentani secara keseluruhan membuat Dusun Sentani menjadi Dusun yang Angker Clara, mahasiswi cantik yang baru pulang ke dusun kelahirannya bersama kekasihnya berusaha menguak misteri yang menyelimuti dusun ini, yang ternyata berhubungan dengan masa lalunya ini.
