The Billionaire's Regret

The Billionaire's Regret

“Glitter only for the back pages. So it doesn’t disturb the serious work.” I watch the watercolor in her hand, tiny splatters already landing on the carpet. My serious work quietly cries in a corner, but honestly, today I don’t care. “Mommy, look.” She draws a small circle in the corner of the page, then adds two dots and a smile. “This is my gang. Table center. Happy.” There are four tiny heads there. One with long hair in a ponytail, green eyes. Above it: ME. I smile faintly. “You look very proud.”

The Alpha's Cursed Mate

The Alpha's Cursed Mate

She lay on the bed, kicking her legs in the air as she coloured her drawing. It didn't come out as planned, but it did look similar to what she pictured in her head. Her short hair was messed up and unnecessarily filled with pins. She hummed, tapping her chin thoughtfully with her head tilted to the side to observe her work. It was still missing something. Sunshine. She picked her yellow coloured pencil and drew a big bright sun.

Sapphire is bold, especially for someone who grew up in the kind of surrounding she was born in. However, I think she's a bit selfish. She's always quick to make decisions that she believed is best for everyone, unconsciously acting on what's best for her. She should learn to think on her own.

I'm enjoying it so far. I just feel bad for Sapphire. She has to find out how to break her curse but her mother left no clue because she's trying to "protect" her. Isn't the best way to protect someone is to tell them everything? Not just a quarter of the truth.

After His Eyes Opened

After His Eyes Opened

I glanced around, her nose scrunching at the rumpled papers, torn sketch pads, broken pencils, Louis’ textbooks, Lily’s teddy bear, and finally, Leo’s sweater. They were huddled together, holding my latest drawing, examining it. “Mommy! I think I got it!” Lily squeaked, scooting closer. “You should add some sprinkles here, and there… just like that!” I bit inside my cheek to hold back a laugh as she drew out her advice, it looked like a beautiful mess. “All your advice includes sprinkles, Lily. If we followed you; this house would be made of glitter!” Leo glared at her, taking off his headphones.

Nightmare Land

Nightmare Land

It swirled in lazy patterns with every step I took, making it obvious no one had been in here for years. The stillness in the air felt heavy and untouched, as if the room itself had been holding its breath, waiting for someone to return and disturb it. Drawings covered the walls, some pinned haphazardly while others were curled at the edges where the adhesive had failed. They depicted all kinds of things, but the majority were creatures twisted, nightmarish things with too many limbs, hollow eyes and gaping mouths lined with jagged teeth. Among the creatures were strange Landscapes places that looked warped and wrong, as if reality had stretched too thin. There were also people, some drawn i

FATED TO MY MATE: BOUND TO MY KING

FATED TO MY MATE: BOUND TO MY KING

Penelope nodded in response. "Who's your little friend?" I pointed to her stuffed animal. "His name is Wolfie." She said which made sense because it was a wolf. "You've got a really cute friend." I commented but Penelope did not respond. She was simply focused on her drawing which caught my attention. My heart skipped a beat as I saw that she was drawing the exact same flower symbol on one of the boxes given to me as a gift by Emilia and Tyler. "What flower is that?" I pointed to her drawing.

I'm just at the start of the book and I'm already in love with Zora. I love how relatable the characters are and the flow of it. I love when a book intrigues me from the very start and that is exactly what happened with this book. I honestly can't wait to read more and find out what happens next.
Lolita
I'm sad that the story is finished ... I loved every chapter and fell in love with the story. Zora matured so much throughout the book from the omega to the queen she always was. Also loved how Nox had her back through everything and supported her ... I will miss Nox&Zora and Rome ... 21/10/23 Epilogue

Become a mother in one night

Become a mother in one night

Hearing her daughter's sugary voice, Michelle couldn't help but laugh. Michelle examined the drawings closely. Lizzy's skills were indeed advanced for her age, with vibrant colors and heartwarming scenes. Both drawings depicted "family", one a "larger family" and the other a "nuclear family". Lizzy's keen observation was evident in her detailed depictions: her baby sister with a pacifier, her mom with waist-length hair, her dad in a suit and tie, and herself with big, round eyes. In the other drawing, she'd used lighter shades for the grandparents' hair. While Michelle understood what Lizzy had drawn, she still playfully asked, "Wow, Lizzy, these are amazing! But what did you draw here?"

Revenge on My Ex-husband

Revenge on My Ex-husband

"Mom’s on the left, and Dad’s on the right. Mom has long hair like you, and Dad likes to wear short sleeves and long pants..." Watching her explaining her drawing, Melody smiled. "It looks great." "Where’s your drawing?" Lily asked. Christopher followed Lily's gaze, and saw Melody tracing a shape with a pencil on the white paper in front of her. "It’s not finished yet," Melody answered casually. She added a few more strokes to the paper as she spoke. The seemingly random movements made the cat active and vivid. Even the way its fur folded when it raised its paws were lifelike, as if it would jump out of the paper in the next second.

Planning My Ex-Husband's Wedding

Planning My Ex-Husband's Wedding

, I chipped know with a chirpy voice and I could see it in their expressions that it got on their last nerves. I watched them with hooded eyes as they shred the ugly designs into pieces and sighed when they handed me the sketchpad back. "You must think this is funny, but you haven't seen aything yet. You will sit here and draw me other better designs", Lola snapped angrily, and I shrugged. "Of course", I replied with a smile. I took out my drawing materials from my bag and began to draw again. The dresses I drew were not much different from the ugly ones I had drawn earlier. This time, they were more hideous, giving exaggerated views of what Lola had described her dress to look like.

Give Me A Second Chance

Give Me A Second Chance

"Mommy! See I drew this." Sweety showed me her drawing. “What baby?” I bought the book from her hand and was astonished by seeing her drawing skills. "Wow!! It's beautiful." I was mesmerized by the beauty of her drawing. "Baby, did you draw this?" I asked once again to confirm whether I heard her correctly. "Yeah!!!" She shook her head excitedly. I drew my hand over the picture, an unknown smile grew on my face. She painted of her, her daddy, and her mommy with Swollen stomach. It seems real as I can see our future through this.

I so love this book. Truly heart warming in the end though, I hope, there's also a part that she forgive her real parents and brother Zack. But it is indeed a beautiful story I have ever read. Short but a really good one. Not so much conflicts that I cried a lot, actually. 👏❤❤❤👏

I love love this book It really talked about learning how to completely let go and truth forgive to the extent of even helping the one you forgave move on from his/her past guilt . Thanks for such an amazing book I definitely experienced all the emotions this book tried to Express or share.

My voice flat. “You do not joke with things like that young man.” Mom says to Dorian. Cassian changes the talk fast. “Cupcake,” he says. “Show Uncle Vor your new painting.” Lila jumps down. She runs to her bag. Brings back a paper. Crayon colors bright. A big house. Stick figures. “This is us,” she says. “You are the tall one. See? You have no smile.” I look. The stick me stands stiff. No mouth line. Everyone else has big grins. My chest tightens.
