A Dark Curse

A Dark Curse

I’m used to it now. My paws hit the dirt and I take off through the trees. The forest is beautiful in the afternoon. The afternoon sun paints the forest in a gentle warmth, casting golden hues over the lush canopy of leaves swaying in the breeze. Beams of light filter through the dense foliage, creating a mesmerizing play of light and shadow over the forest floor. Each ray seems to possess a life of its own, dancing and pirouetting in graceful arcs as they descend.

Colorscape

Colorscape

It feels so heavy I might die. I don’t know how but my feet brought me our old lawn. It was still the same as it was 8 years ago. I don’t know how is that possible but with the thoughts that’s currently running through my head right now, I do not have space for more. I walked to our backyard. It’s where the beauty is. We filled our backyard with different plants and orchids as my parents really love nature. It’s like a greenhouse only the walls are little trees and the roof is grape vines. We emptied the pool, put grass and yes, surrounded it with plants called iris flowers, yes, just like my name. Iris means rainbow, thus the various colors of irises surrounding us. But since my favorite is

Secretly Pregnant for the Alpha CEO

Secretly Pregnant for the Alpha CEO

I followed her without hesitation, not expecting anything. Oh, was I wrong. We were on a big balcony, couches and tables splayed with ornaments everywhere. I had never seen anything like it before. But what truly caught my eyes was not within, but out. I walked over to the edge as though I was in a trance. My breath hitched immediately. “Beautiful.” I breathed out. I hadn't seen this much green in my entire life. The forest expanse was large lawn. The vast green surrounded the place, creating a calm and ambient presence.

Lycan's Mate

Lycan's Mate

Ethan said under his breath. They continued forward. Greenwood didn’t rise in towering halls or castles, it was built into the forest. Homes grown from trees, rope bridges linking canopy dwellings, ground-level rings for training, communal fires with guarded perimeters. Wolves passed them, curious but not afraid. The warriors followed behind, quieter than usual. “I feel watched,” Luca muttered. “You are,” Ethan replied. “But Greenwood only harms those who bring harm. The forest tests and sees.” Crystal’s eyes followed the way sunlight filtered through thick canopies above warmly. Her mark tingled as they stepped between two crooked trees entwined at the base. Something unseen shifted in the

This book has incorporated a whole lot, from werewolf element, war, the tension and emotions. I like the fact it doesn't have much intimacy which is suitable to read. The weeping valley part and Queen Elira's reveal has gone over my head again and again. I love this book and it is highly recommended

The writing is lyrical and there is a thing to the description that makes quiet moments feel emotional. I cried during the bond ceremony and that mating bond is chef kiss. Beautiful without being overly erotic, just enough to stir the heart. Looking forward to more of your books

Demon's Obsession - I'm Bound to Him

Demon's Obsession - I'm Bound to Him

And it was like nothing I’d ever seen before. The landscape was a tapestry of green, rolling out in every direction, woven with shades of emerald, Green, and forest that I could never have imagined. Mountains rose in gentle, terraced steps, each layer tinged with a hazy mist that clung to the peaks like silver. It was early, the air still crisp and cool, and sunlight broke softly through the clouds, casting a warm, spotted glow over the hills. The fog wound between the trees like a river of ghosts, shifting with the breeze and adding an air of mystery to the morning.

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

The "Averaging" did not arrive with a roar. It arrived as a subtle thieving of color. At first, it was the Techno-Forests. The vibrant, iridescent greens and deep purples of the Andean canopy began to fade, settling into a uniform, dull slate. Then, the music of the city changed. The chaotic, beautiful overlap of human laughter, Mimic chimes, and Remainder hums began to synchronize into a single, monotonous drone—a frequency that was neither happy nor sad. It was simply efficient.

Paperwork and Hearthbeats

Paperwork and Hearthbeats

“What are you thinking for the stormy aesthetic?” Harper asked curiously, holding up the deep winter swatches which include the colours: midnight, olive, expresso, silver, grey, charcoal, mocha, wine, brick red, ruby, Boysen berry, fuschia, magenta, mustard, honey, Ocea, dark green, forest, jungle, royal purple, mulberry, purple, royal blue, Aegean, and ceru lean. Knox snatched the swatches from her hand, spreading them across the desk like he was dealing a winning hand in a high-stakes game. His parrot green eyes darted over then, his lips moving silently as he processed each colour. “Stormy aesthetic,” he repeated, tasting the words. "Aye, it's got tae feel heavy. Atmospheric. No' just dar

Green Light

Green Light

Patricia Abis
Even if my eyes were open, I could still see her vividly. I arranged my pallet until everything was set, the only thing left to do is to get the brush and strike it in different ways to present her perfectly. White, Yellow Ochre, and Cadmium Red were inviting me, just by looking at them I knew I'd get her complexion seamlessly. Her skin is fair and glossy, like white sand radiating under the heat of the afternoon sun, or almonds blanched and then peeled. I'll add Cerulean for her blush.

Theo guided me past several closed doors until we reached one with a small, elegantly engraved plaque: "The Forest Room." He opened the door, revealing a private dining space that made me pause in genuine surprise. Unlike the overwhelming marble and crystal that dominated the hotel's public areas, this room had been designed with clear appreciation for natural beauty. The walls featured hand-painted murals of ancient forests, the trees rendered with such detail I could almost smell pine resin and damp earth. The ceiling held a clever arrangement of lights that mimicked stars peeking through a forest canopy, casting gentle illumination across a table set for two.

Blinded

Blinded

Oli rolled his eyes and with a slight pout closed them. "Now imagine the forest. Verdant leaves moving slightly due to a soft breeze. The brown bark rough from the years of harsh weather. The sun shining down gretting the earth with its light. " Elder Nora advised and Oli did as he was told. Imagining what his surroundings which was a lot harder than it looked. He didn't know what yellow, green, or brown looked like he only knew what they felt like. Grass and leaves were soft yet damp from the morning dew. Brown was the feeling of roughness, yet could also be the color of something awful smelling. Yellow was the freedom he felt in the sun, at the joy of being with his sister, yellow was happ
