THE REJECTED LYCAN PRINCESS

THE REJECTED LYCAN PRINCESS

“You have a beautiful place.” The house is a two story but it’s very spacious and airy. Glass walls that allow the outside to seep in. there are trees, greenery outside and it make it feel like we are in the middle of a forest even though I can tell we are in the suburbs, a few kilometres from the city. I know he loves dark green too because his bedroom has that dark moody aesthetic he always seems to have in his houses, but this one, the walls are green, the bed sheets are green, and now here in his kitchen, there are green undertones too.

Green

Green

The forest was surprisingly gentle. No chirping from birds, no predatory animals roamed, even the tall trees refused to dance to the tunes of solemn winds. Beyond this forest was the one and only glorious abode of The Crimson Prowlers Pack where Green would currently be in. Perhaps this forest and its inhabitants feared her wrath too or perhaps I was simply over thinking.

The Alpha King Call Boy

The Alpha King Call Boy

That seemed like something that guests, especially if they had traveled a long way to meet us here at the palace, might enjoy for relaxing. The overall theme of this suite was a forest aesthetic. The gigantic, dramatic four-poster bed was crafted of ornately carved and polished wood. Linens on the bed and other furniture were in varying complimentary shades of greens and blues, with sleek black, soft gray and natural wood accents everywhere. Artful black and white photographs of forest scenes hung in expensive wooden frames against walls freshly painted deep green. All the décor finishes had a warm, cozy vibe. After looking over a few more fabric samples, Isabel, Lexi and I got up and resume

The Mafia's Queen

The Mafia's Queen

A sweet surrendering scent of the moist morning dew that cascades all around the sublime forest. The mixed cool autumn leaves from the tall trees lay scattered on the forest floor; they were in the motion of turning a brittle brown. There was the sound of shattered glass that emphasised the leaves being crunched, as if you were to step on them, pushing their papery remains deep into the brilliant white snow, which lined the ground like a fresh white cotton sheet. The passive and daunting forest has the appeal of a forgotten land, which has been lost in time. The isolated forest remained in a capsule, untouched by the destructive essence of man.

HER PERFECT RUIN, HIS PERFECT REDEMPTION

HER PERFECT RUIN, HIS PERFECT REDEMPTION

A perfect blend of orange, red, pink and purple augmented the beauty of the green trees that occupied each side of the road, morphing into an aesthetical view I wanted to capture on paper or camera and ogle at it for the rest of eternity. The atmosphere, although eerily cold, was quite serene and allowed me to gather my thoughts. Thoughts I had been desperately trying to tuck somewhere and pretend they didn't exist. I had drowned it in work, getting busy, so I wouldn't get the chance to think, but I knew it was only a matter of time before it caught up to me.

I Am The Alpha's Savior

I Am The Alpha's Savior

He glanced at me, waiting for my opinion. “Love that idea,” I said, watching him with fondness as I grabbed a binder of my own and started flipping through it. “Do you have a favorite color?” “I like green,” he murmured, gazing out the window at the thick forest beyond. His voice was soft, dreamy. “It reminds me of freedom.” A smile tugged at my lips. “How about we do a forest green for our dark color?” I suggested. Zarek’s eyes lit up. “Okay! What about the other colors? We could do two or three. I don’t really mind either way, but I feel like two lighter colors would look better.”

THE GLASS WIFE; the storm he built himself

THE GLASS WIFE; the storm he built himself

“This collection is supposed to breathe, not brood. It's a garden collection." "Yeah but..." she came closer, staring at the mannequin and then at the black draped mannequin on the other side. “Look at the contrast… it could sharpen the silhouette of the sage green.” I paused. She wasn’t wrong. But wasn't so right either. I was trying to build an outdoorsy collection, black doesn't really scream outdoors does it? "Maybe the rose patterns are the problem." I muttered, sighing dejectedly. "A plainer purple might blend well because let's not forget, this is a garden fit."

I love it when I see the female stand up for herself and make a decision of her own. BTW, why would Eliot divorce her just like that, like some trash. Anyway, I love the ex-regret I smell already. I am rooting for my gurl, Serena.

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

"It's a Coca-Cola ad, Cale. It's designed to be aggressive." "And the trees," Cale continued, shifting his gaze to the blur of the forest lining the highway. "Green. But not just green. There are variations. Olive. Emerald. A dark, brownish green that looks like decay." "That's called nature." "It is overwhelming," Cale whispered. "The data input. Before, it was just grey shapes. Now, every leaf has a frequency." "Does it hurt?" Elion asked, concern creeping into his voice. "No. It feels... loud. But a good loud. Like an orchestra tuning up."

Entangled To The CEO

Entangled To The CEO

Tasha’s look darkened, so I spoke to up again. "It's more about how the respect is mutual now." Tasha sniffed, unimpressed with the new direction. She opted out of the conversation by flipping the page and starting up her note-scribbling again. "I like it; I think it appeals to today's busy consumer. They love the idea of gardens, they want a garden, but it's a lot of work. GroGreen breaks it down into manageable tasks and syncs it to our daily calendars." The CFO nodded his approval at me.

Broken by One, Desired by All

Broken by One, Desired by All

Zane's Point Of View The car rolled to a smooth stop at the entrance of Blackthorn Forest, and I pressed my face against the window, my breath fogging the glass as I took in the sight. The forest loomed ahead, a wall of towering trees with bark so dark it was almost black, their branches twisting like skeletal fingers against the sky. The leaves were a deep, unnatural green, shimmering slightly in the dappled sunlight, as if dusted with magic. But something about it felt… off.

I usually don’t do reviews however I feel like this book may get overlooked. I didn’t know how I would feel reading this book at first but the author has a fantastic way of writing which is easy to read and picture. I think the romantic relationships in this book is more tasteful than I expected!
