Forest Witchcraft Novels & Stories

He was no longer a wolf. He was a monster. A howl—if it could be called that—ripped through the trees, tearing birds from branches and rattling the bones of the dead scattered beneath the roots. “He’s perfect,” Florence purred, turning to her coven. Twelve witches surrounded her, cloaked in black mist. One called down storms. One raised the dead. One wielded shadows that swallowed light itself. Their laughter was manic, broken, inhuman. Some floated. Others slithered like oil across the forest floor.

I inquired, tilting my head towards Xynathius. "Recently a lot of creatures have migrated to the black forest, we have seen some unusual activity on our patrols. It is fast becoming a hub for supernatural beings and we can't figure out why. Wendigos are not native to the North but like other creatures, they seem to have inhabited the black forest. We will need powerful boundary spells to avoid what happened last time. But this area is under the witches so creatures tend to stay away," he explained, taking long strides and pulling me along.

Clouds shrouded the moon, casting a net of shadow through the intertwining leaves and branches. Glancing at Brock, I whispered, "Someone is out there. I can't read their mind. If I can't read minds, and only human minds are closed to me, does that mean witches—humans with magic—would evade my mind reading abilities too?" Brock edged closer, his eyes reflecting the little light that filtered through the dense forest, his nostrils flaring as he attempted to pick up scents that might help us. "It's possible," he rumbled. "The Mountain Witch Clan is known for their cunning and concealment spells. But don't worry, we have other ways to track them."

Even if she had wanted to, Merlin doubted that she could speak, as the tale Aunt May told her stunned her into silence. The Cottard witches were the oldest and most powerful of the witches in the bayou, their history and heritage filled with secrets and legends, that were passed down through the generations. One such legend told of a witch, born to each generation, who had the power to control all the elements of nature, unlike most witches, who can only manipulate one. There were signs that accompanied the birth of the witch, but her full potential would lay dormant through adolescence until her innocence was taken, thus awakening her dormant powers.

The witch let out a derisive laugh. The wolves of the Sun Forest Pack were now aware of the perpetrator behind the infertility of their she-wolves. The Alpha Rogue's associates were not used to making the she-wolves infertile. Except for female rogues, the rogues use the witches' power. "If this happens again, we will not help you! We shall engage in battle, even in the absence of the rogues! We shall dismantle this hideaway," she declared with a determined glint in her eye. Krisanta's words were sharp as a blade, causing Emman to instinctively retreat.

He was cut off by a painful howl from the rogue we tied up a few feet away from us. I made sure Hunter weaken the monster to the point of death but just barely breathing so that way it would be much easier for Freya to take him down. It still doesn't mean he was too weak to not be a potential danger, rogues unpredictable behaviors are part of what made them very dangerous to any packs. "It's all done, time to proceed." She announced stepping back enough for me to glimpse the odd circle with several lines inside it. I had no idea what it meant but I knew it's a part of witchcrafts and rituals.

Emily sighed in relief, she had expected him to be skeptical and laugh about it but he didn't. Her case was one of the rarest cases of witchcraft. Though witches had the ability to manipulate and control energy, power, nature, etc they had to draw that ability from somewhere. Most witches drew it from one of the four elements; Water, Air, Fire, and Earth. Some from nature which was partly Earth. Then black magic used sacrifices and blood to generate power. Wizards were said to be connected with the 5th element which was the Spirit and Sorcerers which were the highest witches could draw energy from all of them.

so now that we got that out of the way. What is this hear about your mother?” I asked Jeff while raising an eyebrow at him. This is why I was really here. I overheard my Aunt Karina talking about wolves going missing and turning rabid within weeks by force of black magic. All my fathers doing, of course. I also heard Jeff’s mother was one of the victims to suffer that horrible fate. Also that it required a witch to use black magic, so of course no witches are keen to help. Jeff stared at me with his eyes wide open. “H--how did you find out?” he stuttered out. “covens talk a looooot, not much else to do besides train” I said while shrugging my shoulders. “I’m just kind of mad you didn’t feel

But the more he asked for answers, the worse she became. He hired a private investigator when another forty-five hundred dollars went missing, as did two of his watches and her wedding ring. Kenji himself looked for clues in the house. In the bathroom, underneath the sink, he found small empty bags and some cellophane wrapping. She stuffed them in the middle of a book, The Grimoire for the Green Witch. He was afraid. He told homicide what she was doing. Throughout the book were spells, divinations, and ritual practices. They were all underlined and marked as completed. She was trying to get pregnant. Her desperation led her to witchcraft.

asked the man with the blue hair at night. "Maybe," ⚛⚛⚛ "Phew I didn't think the star road was that far," Leo complained. "I told you we got on the bikes earlier," "Hey! I don't know! Who said on maps too short!" Maybe now Aza's ears will be buzzing when he hears the chirp from Leo who doesn't stop. "Ok, where is the house?" Leo asked. "I'll open the book for a bit ... my God! Maroon, Green and Brown cube witches are gathered nearby!" exclaimed Aza excitedly.
