I Married the Man My Ex Could Never Compete With

Because for the first time. There’s nothing clear to focus on. Nothing defined. Nothing certain. “I don’t know how to fight this anymore.”

It was time to take control of my life and fight for what mattered most. With a deep breath, I steeled myself for the battle ahead. It wasn't going to be easy, but I had no other choice. For the sake of my children and the love I still held for Adam, I had to find a way to reclaim my life and restore the trust that had been shattered. The fight was far from over, and I was ready to face whatever came my way.

Loving this book so far! Author, as many have stated in the chapter comments, 291 & 292 are repeat chapters from 283 & 284. Though I do believe they should be at 291/292 (makes more sense) and not 283/284.

this was the first story I read by this author. it was beautiful! I felt every emotion and got some crazy looks from my mate when I would start laughing or wiping my face because I shed some tears. it's definitely worth reading. I finished it in 2 days because I literally couldn't put it down

But now. Now I wasn’t sure who I was fighting for anymore. The lines were blurring. And I didn’t know how to make them sharp again.

The Forgotten Son

The Forgotten Son

“Graham, will you be my child in our next life? “Give me a chance to make things right.” Furrowing my brows in dread, I hastened my pace into the light. No one could stop me from becoming a happy and mindless single-celled microorganism.

He can try as many times as he wants but it won't work. "Soph" "Mmmh" "Why are you fighting me? What is so great about him that you refuse to forget" "Who are you talking about?" "Stop pretending. I know you haven't forgotten anything. Every time I wiped your memory, it was like a reset. You'd blink up at me and ask why I was there" Damn him. There's no getting out of this.

Forgotten Past...You are mine : I am yours

“Aaron looked into his eyes again. The shadowy woman seems to reach towards him. “His parents died in a fire. His sister was blinded but she refuses to leave the building. As I discovered the Sisterhood of the flesh bought the building with her inside it.” He said through gritted teeth. Aaron keeps looking at the building. He searches his memory. He only recalls seeing his mother fleetingly. In truth if he didn’t mistake, he did think someone else might have been there. “What does he want from this woman?” “I don’t know.” “Stay here. I need to do something that doesn’t make sense. I think I am starting to remember things from past.”

The Blood Bound Legacy

The Blood Bound Legacy

And the worst part? I felt uncertain about wanting to undo it. By the time we found our new hideout — an abandoned fortress deep in the mountains — everyone was on edge. The war had officially started, and who knew how long it would be before the Council retaliated? I was looking at the blackened land from the ledge of the rotten balcony. Maxwell finally spoke up. “Tell me something.” I closed my eyes. “What?” “When did we stop fighting for survival,” he said, his voice almost a whisper, “and start fighting for revenge?”

FIGHTING FOR US

FIGHTING FOR US

He smiled at the thought, white was too delicate a colour for her. He could remember that day too clearly, it was one of those memories that would never fade over time. Nana had been teaching him earlier how to control his feelings and thus have a better grip on his powers. Shortly after that he was in an argument with his mother, in his anger he screamed and grabbed her hand. She had looked at him so lovingly and as he was about to storm off he watched his mother slump to the ground. He rushed to her but she tried to hide the wounded hand and her tears from him. She quickly sent him off to get Nana. As he was about to walk out the door she brought out her hand. It looked ugly and almost def
