An Affair With The Triplets

An Affair With The Triplets

“You forgot me.” Tears rolled down my cheeks. I approached her with trembling hands and a heavy heart. “Zoe, I didn't forget you. I swear I didn't,” I said shamefully. She laughed, but it was a sad, bitter sound. "No. You forgot me. You forgot the revenge. You forgot the betrayal. You forgot the oath we made," she said accusingly. My heart sank. The oath we made when we were girls burned deep in my soul. It was something so simple, yet so powerful that it shook me. We both promised that if anyone hurt us, we would take revenge. A promise I had forgotten, a promise she was now reminding me of.

I haven’t read this book yet. I liked the plot but skeptical to start as this book is not completed. I added this to my library and when it’s complete I will read as I am having a bad experience with a book where writer is just dragging the story with chapters which are just few pages in length

I’ve added to my library but refuse to read any book that is not completed. Very frustrated with updated chapters and unfortunately a few books over 600 chapters still not ending and updated chapters were just fluff. Once this is completed, will gladly read.

Thyro's Temptation (English Version)

Thyro's Temptation (English Version)

And now I really broke my promise to you, My Shasha, that I will not leave her. And why did she forget me? I really miss My Shasha, she quickly forgot me. Yes, we met when we were young but the only part that hurts is that she can't remember me. I smiled bitterly because the things I destroyed in the past came back, my past I want to forget but how can I forget if she was there in my past?

Reborn Rich: My Fiancé and Step-Sister Killed Me Once.

"You're emotional. It's been a long day and you're not thinking clearly." "I'm thinking very clearly! I want out!" I pushed. "No!" He yelled suddenly, and hit his palm on the dashboard making me yelp. "You're not. Because there is only one way this relationship ends Arden. Only one way." He looked at me steadily. "Unless one of us dies." "Or have you forgotten the promise you made me?" I went completely still as I remembered the promise I made. Ho…how did I forget the promise. Of all the many things I carried back from my first life into this one, the one thing I needed to remember and I just forgot it completely like it never happened.

Forgotten Vows

Forgotten Vows

My fingertips hover above her cheek as I remember summer nights when touching her wasn’t complicated by years of bitterness. Five years ago, her brother stole everything from me—my business, my reputation, nearly my life. Tonight, fate delivered his most precious possession directly into my hands. Complete amnesia. The words echo through my mind and settle like foundation stones beneath a plan that forms with each passing second. “If you don’t remember who you are,” I whisper to her sleeping form, “then I’ll tell you exactly who you need to be.” A wedding ring sits heavy in my pocket—a prop from an undercover operation last year that I had Mateo fetch. Perfect for convincing a woman with no

Forbidden Mate: Awakening

Forbidden Mate: Awakening

"She's a connection, but you're the one I love." Like hell I am. How could I possibly believe him? How? Had he forgotten all the promises he made me? To never leave or betray me? How could he let it all go down the drain like that? All the fucking promises. They felt empty now, like they didn't mean anything. I still wished that when I woke up, everything would be back to normal. I hoped this was just a really bad dream. I managed to fall asleep, the exhaustion finally pulling me under. The last thing I remembered was Tyler's voice, his words hanging in the air.

My Werewolf! Let Love Take Away All This Pain

"Two days ago, I went to look for you. You are a person who does not know how to keep promises. Half a year ago when you brought me home, you promised to visit me often. But then you disappeared without a trace. You've never come to visit me. Do you know how long I've been waiting for you?" "Do you believe that I will keep my promise? How can you trust my words so easily? At that time, to comfort you, I said that. This is a lesson for you. In the future, you don't easily trust anyone's promises anymore. Because promises are just word of mouth, really unreliable." "You finally admit you remember me?" When Jake didn't answer, he admitted that he remembered her. But for what reason did he prete

Frequently Asked Questions

Rainy evenings are perfect for novels like 'Promises Forgotten'. I dove into it with a mug in hand and ended up tracking two stubborn timelines that fold into each other. The book follows Eliza Whitcomb, a woman who returns to the coastal town she fled twenty years earlier after a cryptic letter arrives. What starts as a search for the sender becomes a peeling away of family vows, wartime promises, and the stories people tell themselves to survive. The writing hops between Eliza's present-day investigations and those earlier, sunlit chapters when promises were made with certainty.

The author, 'Marian Hale', writes with a wistful, precise voice—she sprinkles journal entries, old telegrams, and intimate third-person scenes so the book reads part mystery, part family epic. Themes of memory, grief, and the way small dishonors echo across generations are threaded through every chapter. I found the pacing patient but rewarding, with a final act that honors both the remembered and the forgotten; it left me thinking about the little promises I make and let slip, which is oddly comforting and unsettling at once.
