The Forsaken’s Weapon

The Forsaken’s Weapon

“No. They had no need for a whole troop, they weren't expecting anyone to find them.” And they had reason to. We were standing in a house registered under the governor’s surname, which, at closer inspection, it turned out that there was no relation. I wouldn't have even bothered to check, if I didn't notice in the video, one of the twin girls, letting herself be tossed around so she could leave behind pieces of her dress. But I did, and I found a piece of that dress stuck to the barbed wire fence like a pink flag of defiance. Clever girl.

Forsaken

Forsaken

The room seemed to grow warmer, suffused with an unspoken desire that hung in the air. His lips met mine, and for a brief moment, I forgot the world outside, the dangers that lurked, and the unsettling dreams that had haunted my grandmother. In that stolen moment, there was only the intoxicating allure of the forbidden, a connection that defied reason and the boundaries of the living world.

The Pack's Hybrids

The Pack's Hybrids

“And it will be named anew.” In the morning, on the horizon they spotted another fleet of ships, the style of which were vastly different than any ship they had previously encountered, the arrangement of sails beautiful, elaborate, and multi-tiered. The ships did not heed them, continuing in the opposite direction, following the dark shadow of the land away.

Firefly
If you're looking for a story about an incel that gets their just desserts, this is the book for you! I haven't read a book in this series yet that doesn't deliver an emotional punch in the worst and best ways.
Dawn
That’s the end of the 4th book in the series. Can’t wait for the next book “the rebels”. This has been a fantastic series & though the book spends a lot of time going back & forth into the past & present it allows for those who have not read the whole series so far to keep up. Well done Everleigh xx

River witch

River witch

Its edges were curled with heat, the script shifting like molten iron beneath the surface. Maya didn’t speak. She knew what they were nearing. The Sixth Tide. And worse—the betrayal that made it real. --- The Iron Salt wasn’t an island. It was a graveyard. Hundreds of broken ships drifted in a perfect circle, chained together by coral-grown anchors. Fragments of weapons jutted from masts. Statues of half-forgotten gods stood cracked on shattered decks. Some ships were made of steel, others of bone. One, drifting slowly to starboard, appeared to be carved from teeth.

Forced to Marry the Wicked Werewolf Prince

Forced to Marry the Wicked Werewolf Prince

The air vibrates with thunder, each clap shaking the very water around me. I struggle to stay afloat, coughing and spluttering, trying to make sense of the nightmare unfolding before me. Another ship, claimed by the Cursed Gulf. Another sacrifice to the Sea of Storms, destined to rest at the bottom with countless others. The mast, now broken, drifts by against the tide.

BETRAYED BY HER BLOOD, CLAIMED BY THE NIGHT

BETRAYED BY HER BLOOD, CLAIMED BY THE NIGHT

Jax’s voice was lost in the roar. Zilo squinted through the smoke, his screens dead, his ears ringing. He saw the Seraph’s Sorrow lurch, its silver prow bucking as the internal explosions of Seraphina’s essence began to tear it apart from the inside. The ship was falling, a wounded metal beast trailing gold and silver fire as it drifted toward the Forbidden Forest. But then, the smoke cleared in the center of the plaza.

REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!

REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!

During one of their first few nights in the vast open water, Nero saw, or imagined he saw, a vessel standing for them under a press of sail, as though it would run them down. Luna in particular affirmed that it was the ship that once sank due to a storm, and that it must certainly be it, or at least it was its the apparition. According from what she heard, there was once a ship that was lost off the {Cape of Good Hope, change the name}, and every soul on board perished. Wasting no time, the cats approached their masters to report this sighting. As they ran as fast as their four stubby legs could take them, they cried to their fellow members.

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

Memory became heat. Both ships folded inward without fire. Aaliyah swore so hard the command center's profanity filter gave up and filed a resignation notice. "Two ships lost," she said. "No debris. No explosion. Boss, they did not get destroyed. They got edited." Katherine was already moving, fingers flying through layered displays. "It removed interval distance. Structural separation collapsed into conceptual adjacency. It is not attacking mass. It is attacking the permission things have to be apart." The compass in Jack's hand burned so hot his palm blistered.

Rejected and forsaken

Rejected and forsaken

I didn’t want to put him at risk. But there was no way that he would back off from a war which had put his pack in danger. So the best I could do was keep an eye on him as we fought. After marching for some time, we shifted in to our wolves and raced towards the borders. We had to arrive at the borders as fast as we could. When we arrived, we were met with a gruesome sight. Vampires hissed and glared at us with their half dead eyes with blood trickling down their mouths. Their fangs and claws were already elongated and they had already killed a large number of wolves. Some of them were sucked dry while some of our warriors bodies were crushed. Their bodies were completely disfigured indicati

Forsaking the Shadows

Forsaking the Shadows

he told me proudly. I stared at my hands that have mass now. My brother’s body was no longer skinny. I looked at him smiling at me and that’s when a thought struck me. I knew the clan where he belongs to. Their blood was special, which made them unparalleled. Werewolves were very wary of them and even other vampires. My mother always told me who they were because they were dangerous. I had to avoid them, but now Gavin had shared his blood with me, which was a sin for their clan. I was supposed to be happy, but I couldn’t. What I learned just added to my worries. Gavin’s clan doesn’t know how to show mercy because if they see something wrong or that can damage their image, they would eliminat
