“That’s rare around here. Everyone else just writes checks.” Adrian laughed. “Yeah, I noticed.” They stepped away from the crowd slightly, finding a quiet pocket near a window that looked over the garden. Eli leaned casually against the wall, swirling his wine. “So, what do you write?” “Articles mostly,” Adrian said, tucking his hands into his pockets. “Some short stories. Nothing glamorous. Magazines, online journals. You wouldn’t know any of them.” “Try me.” Adrian smiled, surprised by the interest. “I like peace and Quiet. Most of my stories are about small things. A town nobody’s heard of. A man who grows trees in his kitchen. Real stuff.”

With each word that spills onto the page, I feel a sense of liberation, as if the shackles of reality have been cast aside, allowing me to traverse the realms of creativity and narrative with boundless freedom. In this realm, time loses its grip, and hours melt away like droplets of water in a vast ocean. The outside world fades into the background as I become engrossed in the stories that unfold before me. The notebook becomes a portal, transporting me to a place that I am wild and free. “Good afternoon, class today is the first day of your story writing and I want you guys to write about how you see yourself in your future pack. I will ask for this assignment back at the end of next week.”

I then resolved to shoot for the sky even when I have no competition to motivate me. "What are you writing?", I asked, trying to feel less awkward. "I'm writing a story on Wattpad, "The Battle of Wits: War Against Bullies". Would you like to read it and tell me what you think?, It isn't much. Ria and Luca, Jade, Finn… they are not just words anymore, they are people, maybe forever. This story also teach me many things. About patience, about creativity, about human feeling. About love. About danger. About happiness. I learn that writing is not easy, is not only fun, is work, struggle, but also reward. When I write scene, I feel tired but also happy, like I just live thousand lives in one life. I think that is why writing story is special, because no money, no fame, can make me feel this way. Only story, only characters, only readers.
