My Best Friend's Baby

My Best Friend's Baby

Maddie smiles, making me blush. "Thanks, girl, you do too... Trying to impress someone?" "Bitch, please, I look good in everything and I have no idea what you're talking about, there's no one to impress." "Yeah, okay, Mads. C'mon let's head out, the guys are waiting." We get to the docks fast; they're only right down the road from the beach house. I feel excited when I see our boat. "This is gorgeous out here! And the fucking boat is huge." Johnny shouts.

His Hidden Luna

His Hidden Luna

He straightened himself and breathed a sigh of relief. When the boat got to the pier, he helped tie the ropes to the dock, anchoring it in place. He watched four women get off the boat, all of them comely, and he could smell their wolves. The fifth woman didn’t look like a woman at all, but a child. Brown hair, brown eyes, so small and petite. Although the power radiating off her proves that she is more than just a mere child. He held out his hand for her to take as she stepped off the boat. She accepted his hand and stepped down.

The Gladiator Wolf King - Book 3

The Gladiator Wolf King - Book 3

Because Goddess knows, I have no clue where I am or even what continent we will be docking at. I couldn’t make sense of any of this. A little while later, after the boat had been still for a while and I could see the beam of light begin to fade, the sound of heavy clanking footsteps reached my ears again and the dim lighting from the single bulb began to give out a low yellow glow. “Get the cage open Darrius, the sooner this wolf fuck is off my boat, the better.” The man with the stained shirt and stale breath huffed to my tormentor.

Traci Williams
There is too much to write about this story to write a review in 300 characters. I highly recommend this book, but start with the Delta’s Daughter if you haven’t already started there. Stout had me on a roller coaster of feelings with this one. I can’t wait to read the next one!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Fake Vow, True Luna

Fake Vow, True Luna

I furrowed my brow as I took in its sleek appearance and small cabin before I turned back to face the envoy. “This is a different boat than the one before,” I said, unable to keep myself from feeling a little wary. “Is the captain the same?” The envoy shook his head. “New boat, new captain,” he said. “This was all we could find on such short notice. But don’t you worry; Captain Jones is a good woman.” Captain Jones. I turned back toward the boat, and that was when I saw her: an older woman with graying hair, wearing a bandana around her neck. When she caught me looking, she waved at me from afar. She seemed friendly enough.

Whisper of Thoughts

Whisper of Thoughts

We moved through the city like spirits, changing our clothes in public bathrooms, tossing our phones into a river, and taking long, winding routes through the subway tunnels. By the time we reached the outskirts of the port, the sun was beginning to dip below the horizon. The air was thick with the scent of diesel and brine. Julian led me to a small, unassuming fishing boat docked at the end of the pier. A man was waiting for us—an older man with a face etched by years of sun and sea. He didn't ask questions. He just nodded and gestured for us to get aboard. As we cast off, I looked back at the city.

You Missed the Boat

You Missed the Boat

I didn't know when it started, but at some point, Christina had allowed Adrian to invade every corner of her life and learn everything about her. The seven years I had spent with her were nothing more than reflections in the water—mere illusions. After that, I watched as Christina and Adrian visited all the scenic spots, sampled all the delicacies, and took photos like a couple. Gradually, my heart became numb. There was barely any pollution in my hometown, and the water's surface reflected the clear blue sky. I took a photo without thinking, but I didn't open the chat window with Christina right away.

Seeing Caspian open his arms to him, Lady Maisie blushed slightly, but still stepped forward and hugged him. At this time, Charlotte also came forward to meet Lady Maisie, but before they could talk, a cheerful voice came from the direction of spirit boat. "Caspian! It's great that you're all right!" Omar Pine jumped down from spirit boat, stood in front of Caspian, and looked at him with a smile. Omar Pine looked travel-worn, but when she saw Caspian come back, the joy in her eyes was extremely bright.

Even if i still read it, this book stopped being interesting after Grand pure emperor was killed...(that is ch. 2200 maybe) It is like realms are only introduced after he reaches a peak of the previous. There is nothing special about these realms and there is nothing special about the book anymore.

Bestie's Alpha Brother

Bestie's Alpha Brother

As Chris maneuvered the boat alongside it, I could make out two figures emerging from the shadows on the beach. “There they are,” I whispered, instant relief washing over me. Leonard and Patrick materialized from the darkness, their forms becoming clearer as we drew closer. They helped us off the boat and then the three men quietly maneuvered the boat into an outcrop of reeds nearby, none of us saying a word until we were all on dry land and hidden from view. “Good to see you made it,” Leonard said, his voice low as he pulled Ophelia into a tight hug.
