The Pregnant Fox And The Dragon King
I lay there panting, my lungs burning, blood soaking into the shredded cloth on my back.
A heavy hand grabbed a fistful of my red hair and yanked it upward. Making my neck pop.
"You want to die?" he snarled, his hot breath hitting my ear, sharp fangs grazing my shell-shocked skin. "I won't kill you, little fox. But I will break every bone in your body until you crawl on your stomach just to beg for bread."
I forced a bloody, broken grin across my lips, teeth stained red.
"Do it," I whispered, blood bubbling over my chin. "Kill me... or watch your back... the second I stand up."
