The Billionaire’s Surrogate

The Billionaire’s Surrogate

Hilda says, walking towards me. "Yes. It's so sad they would not be mine." I reply, adding a smile to conceal my sadness. "It's okay. It's business." Mum pats my hair. "We got you some fruits. They are in the basket." She adds, hoping to change the topic. I look to see the hand woven basket filled with apples, grapes and kiwis at the top of the mini refrigerator, covered in polka dots napkin. I turn to her. "Thank you, mum."

Strawberry's Coffee Shop: The Tales Of Adventure

Strawberry's Coffee Shop: The Tales Of Adventure

I just can't believe it looked like I never left. Grandma opened the cabinet filled with small baskets of fruits. Oranges, green apples, blue and black berries which I don't know where they get those, mangoes, guava which I haven't tasted that in my life, pineapple, dragon fruit which I wonder if Emilia Clarke the mother of dragons in Game Of Thrones planted those like how she raised her dragon offspring, kerson fruit berries and some fruit I never seen before. I looked around and recognized paintings with my signature. Paintings I threw last year. I wonder how these stuffs got here.

he said, showing me a basket which was in his hand. "I have washed them all you can have," he said while handing me a basket full of fresh-picked fruit. "Aww, you didn't have to do that. Thank you" I said while taking the basket from his hand. "Come here," I said, opening my one arm to hug him. He bent down and hugged me. "It's so sweet of you," I said with a big overwhelmed smile on my face and I kissed him on his cheeks. He is so sweet. He smiled shyly at me.

E.C. EDWARDS - The Mighty Antimagic Spell

E.C. EDWARDS - The Mighty Antimagic Spell

All the students sat in front of the richly laden tables and had a quiet lunch in the great hall of Elmbridge School of Magic. The tables were full of all kinds of goodies, all kinds of fruits from all over the world such as bananas, grapes, mango, pineapples or purple oranges, but also rare fruits that sceptics wouldn’t have the courage to try. Such as wild strawberries, as tiny as a bead and sour like pickled cucumber and sweet blackberries hotter than any known pepper, found only in the depths of the Ancient Forest. And of course, in Rujnoiu’s shop ...

The Immortal Emperor Returns

The Immortal Emperor Returns

Magical fruits were not apples or peaches one could easily pluck off a tree, but they are magical produces of nature that came in very, very rare amounts. "Don't you want this? Or should I just give this to others?" teased Chu Xun. "Why, thank you, my Lord... Thank you my Lord," stuttered Lei Bao immediately, hastily drawing the fruit to his chest, beaming so broadly that his mustache shook when he spoke.

BOUND TO THE DEMON LORD

BOUND TO THE DEMON LORD

Remiel probably hadn't eaten anything decent in days, let alone something fresh. "A few of these might actually cheer him up," she said. She hurried to the kitchen, dodging a group of frantic servants carrying silver platters, and managed to snag a small woven basket. She ran back to the orchard, making sure the coast was clear. The tree wasn't very tall, but the best fruits were clustered near the top. Zayla hitched up her skirts, tucked the basket into a secure nook between the branches, and began to climb. She moved carefully, testing each branch before putting her weight on it, her fingers reaching out to pluck the most perfect, unblemished fruits she could find.

I believe I’m about halfway through. This story is amazing, and definitely deserves a lot more notice. I see it’s completed and genuinely hope it is and you didn’t just stop updating it. The characters are great, the back stories to them especially Asher is amazing. Definitely recommend this book!

Hey Readers! I’ve poured my heart into about 80 chapters, yet not a single review. How am I supposed to know if the story is good, worth continuing, or if you’re dropping it halfway? Your feedback motivates me and keeps this story alive. No reviews soon, I’ll take a break and hold back new chapters.

NEVER KNEW HE WAS A MAFIA

NEVER KNEW HE WAS A MAFIA

he said looking at Cherry. We were all seated and Morgan dropped the basket telling them that it's a token of appreciation for having me as his wife. I pouted looking at Alex who gave a shocking expression. "There are some fruits, cola, chocolate and butter melon," Morgan said pointing to the basket. Hearing butter melon, Alex eyes widened. "We will be leaving now," Morgan said. No word was uttered as we went out. "How did it go?" Bernard asked. "It went well," Morgan said as we drove home.

The Billionaire’s Fake Bride

The Billionaire’s Fake Bride

“You know, I don’t like mixing different fruits in the same basket.” I blinked at the sudden topic shift—but welcomed it. “Different fruits have different ripening times,” she continued. “Mixing them can bruise the softer ones, and sometimes the flavors mingle in ways I don’t want.” I nodded thoughtfully, setting my basket down and pulling out the empty one I’d tucked underneath. “Good thing there’s more than one basket,” I said, transferring the firmer apples to the new one and leaving the peaches in the first. Matilda’s eyes crinkled, clearly pleased.

General of my life

General of my life

Hanas approached and patted Eric a few times, almost making him fall, Eric smiled at Hanas with such great energy, he must be practicing martial arts. "Yes, you're also very different from before, you've grown up." “Of course, I have to make myself better and better, I brought these gift baskets of grapefruits.” Hanas pulled a basket of pomelos that caught Eric's attention, seeing that the grapefruit was very large, Eric thought that the flesh of the grapefruit would be very little. Looking at the five large baskets, Eric divided two fruits each, the village chief's family five fruits, Smith four. Then he told everyone to finish eating, and keep the shell for him.
