The following day dawned cold and overcast, the sky heavy with the promise of rain. Our team gathered at the edge of the designated area, a stretch of forest marked by strange energy fluctuations. The air crackled with tension as we prepared to move in. There were twelve main members of the special ops team who would be participating in this mission.
