As I see Jimmy heading towards the cold I can't help but let out a blood curdling scream. "Someone! Anyone - help me please!" Jimmy stalked around the outside of the cage, his eyes still devouring my bare flesh. "It's good you're not screaming for Rocco. I left him unconscious in the cellar trapped until he starves to death if I'm lucky." Fury rose up, how dare he insult my mate. Taking a huge breath I roared "ROCCO!!" as powerfully as I could and when I heard the howl of a wolf in return it was my turn to smirk as Jimmy's grin vanished.

Lester cough again when Peter throws a dagger look at him. "I won't do anything to her," Lester said but his voice sounds to groggy to me. I can't hear it properly but Peter continues to give Lester a dagger look. If looks could kill, then maybe I and Lester are already out of this world. We can't see tomorrow new day if only looks could kill. Peter has been throwing death glares since he came here. I or I must say we, we didn't even do anything wrong to make a mad man like that and he is here giving us death glares.

"I really don’t have them. It’s not my fault that you believed me." Felix’s fist slammed against the table, the sharp crack echoing through the room like a warning shot. Papers trembled at the impact, but I didn’t. Not even a blink. My gaze locked onto his steadily, while his angry grunts spilled over me, hot and ragged. I couldn’t help but savour it—his face contorted with fury, jaw clenched, eyes wild. It was priceless. "That was not what you said. You—" he started, voice raw.

Though she knew it was not the right moment to lose her temper, she clinched her teeth. Anthony Lucas forcefully hit the table with his hand. Suddenly, the entire room was silent. "You're all members of the Lucas family, and today is my mother's birthday," he remarked. No matter how much you often dislike us, you all have to put up with it today! Get the hell out of there, whomever can't accomplish it!" Anthony was still in charge of MC Enterprise and had decades of expertise in the business sector. No one dared to cause him any more trouble after he lost his temper. They all remained mute.

Ethan and Lisa kept trying, striving to find a way through her relentless onslaught. Peter faced the resurrected servants alone, wielding a seemingly modest staff that looked insufficient, yet each strike was precise and effective. Despite their overwhelming numbers, Peter's agility and strength gave him the upper hand. With the stern demeanor of a seasoned mob boss, he declared, "You shambling corpses are no match for me!" Panic overcame his confusion as he realized he couldn’t take on three men at once, even as a werewolf. He still fought back, trading blows between two of the men as they laid their hard hits on him. He blocked most of their hits, but wasn’t able to get in his own attacks while blocking the powerful fists from colliding with his arms. He found it relieving and irritating that Peter refused to join in on their combat. He wanted to badly to sink his fist in his face and force him to tell him the truth. He wanted him to suffer for what he put Doriane and Brooklyn through.

ALEXANDER Peter’s face went blank. He raised a hand, flashing his claws, and growled threateningly, “Then you’ve left me no choice.” Before, I would have been scared out of my mind, silently wishing Chris would show up as fast as possible. But now, I felt certain I could fight him. “I’m not scared. If you want a fight, then let’s fight,” I said with a cold sneer. Surprise flickered across Peter’s face. A smirk tugged at the corner of his lips as he stalked toward me, clearly trying to intimidate me.

What I want doesn't matter at the end of the day. He reared back, leaning off me as though I'd slapped him. "You think because I've taken you, that it doesn't matter?" I tilted my head to look up at him questioningly. "Would you rather every wolf in the pack had you? That you were marked by one such as Fury?" Fury was a terrifying wolf. He had scars and was known for sudden outbursts of violent temper. He was unpredictable and known to be brutal. Same as Draven is.

Peter stood up furiously and marched directly toward Fia, wanting to choke her with his own hands. “They will live like living corpses!” Fia laughed vigorously. “Even if you kill me today, my soul is sanctified! But you? Even when they see you in the underworld, they’ll never forgive you!” Peter’s hand suddenly froze when Sally’s words erupted in his mind. ‘If you hurt Fia, I’ll never forgive you!’ Peter rapidly became agitated. He was like a caged beast as he paced back and forth in the room, punching the wall again and again.

" I stood still, not moving an inch. Gary moved in a flash and blocked my way. With a quick grab, he twisted Peter down and pinned him to the ground. "Let me go! I'm going to kill him!" With his face pressed against the cold floor tiles, Peter continued to roar like a madman. I walked over and crouched in front of him. "Mr. Hurley, remember what you said to me yesterday? "You said that without the company, I was nothing. You said I should take a good look in the mirror to see if I was worth the money.
