Other houses were shouting somewhere nearby, also scrambling for their last scores. Then we found the final token. I looked up and found it across a collapsing bridge……over a pit. A corridor that was eight feet wide became six feet, then four, and if you were still in it at two feet, the sensors registered you as eliminated, and the panels completed the job.
