Anything could have happened during the time I was trapped in that damn small ass passage. "The halls beyond are well-guarded." The brat warns, drawing all our attention to him. "You won’t be able to go that way." "There isn’t another way." I point out I knew this castle almost like the back of my hand. There wasn’t any other way to get to where I could feel Gale. The brat points out, motioning towards a metal door with a handle to open it.

Now let's go. The guards stepped forward and tied the blindfolds. Total darkness swallowed me. I was led to my starting position on the left side of the maze. My other senses immediately kicked into high gear. I could hear the rustle of the wind, the distant cheers of the crowd, and the slow creak-creak-creak of the vine cage lowering Raven toward the ice. “Are we ready?” Maddox’s voice boomed through a microphone. “Kings, on my mark... Go!”

“ Yes...Never seen one before ? Hazel asked and Muna shook her head, still fascinated by the beautiful huge maze in front of her. “ Come on, let's go in and explore, ” She said. “ What ? No no no, that's not possible ” Hazel said and Muna frowned. “ Why not? ” She asked. “ Because once you get in there you can't find your way out again.... So come let's go I have some places to show you ” Hazel said and turned around to go back but Muna didn't follow her. “ Wait...How do you know that you won't get out if you get in ” Muna asked and Hazel turned around to look at her.

As they drove in, Bella stared around in awe, they had not exaggerated when they had said the Del Gato compound was majestically built, because it was indeed, tall, very tall palm trees filled the area and a waterfall in it's midst. Bella stared around in amazement, her lips ajar. The car halted and she inhaled for a while ready to meet her Mr Man, her mother gave her a small kiss on the cheeks afterwards. "Dante Cassato himself" a thick masculine voice exclaimed. Bella turned to see the almighty Lorenzo walking majestically down the stairs, clapping.

In the distance she could see the maze she had seen from the window in her room and she ran towards it and entered the entrance in the hopes that somehow her pursuers would get lost in the maze and she would be able to escape them. Riya realized how ridiculous that plan was, how was she supposed to somehow successfully find a way through a maze that was unfamiliar to her while being chased by people whose job it was to guard the place and most likely knew the layout fairly well. She started regretting her rash decision but it was too late to turn back and she was not going to simply give up.

My wolf was shocked and at a loss, even though I was rather uncomfortable, I still quickly got up in pain and rushed to the forest where he was. Along the way, I comforted him while driving and almost crashed into big trees several times. Finally, I arrived at the lawn between the trees. There was no moon. His electric torch was dim. Like, yesterday I cried watching a pigeon limp across the courtyard.” Dee chuckled. “Then you’ll do just fine. But yes, empathy maze, obstacle course, and a magical background scan.” My mind spun. “What does the scan do? Will it detect fallen angel energy? Will it break the machine? What if I accidentally explode something?” “Then,” Riven said dryly, “you’ll look very impressive.”

Ruby jumped up, running zigzag as fast as she could to avoid the shots. “Over there!” One of the adjutant pointed at the gate of the fairy estate. Justin had just come out of another alley. He followed the aide’s pointing finger. When the three aides caught up with Ruby again, Justin detoured to the shortcut to the estate. The short grass was very slippery. Ruby’s pace slowed, and she hated it. She walked through a labyrinthine area. This section made it easy for her to hide or restrict her movements. Either way, all Ruby did was run as far as she could. Ruby turned a corner, and a bullet pierced through the maze wall. A hand suddenly pulled her to the other side of the maze.

Tobey crouched a little to meet her eyes, then pointed toward the wall cluttered with hatches, shelves, and a thousand tools. “Just don’t go where I can’t follow,” he said with a soft chuckle. Her expression brightened as a memory surfaced, hiding from Sauns a few moons back, before the night terrors. Sauns had been in one of her bossy moods, and Tobey, desperate to avoid her, suggested they hide. Gilly had found the perfect spot: a tiny hatch leading into a maze of pipes and conduits. She’d vanished so completely that even Tobey couldn’t find her.
