Those times hurt physically but at least my mind finds peace in that I refuse and reject him. He explained to me why I was so attracted to him, why my body reacted to him as it does to Lazarus. Apparently there is something called pseudo twins. Two people that are not twins by birth but hold even more similar qualities than identical twins. His pheromones are almost identical to Lazarus and since I am marked by Lazarus and carry his child, my body can't make a difference between them. My mind makes a difference but the body is more primitive and reacts as an animal would. No intelligent thoughts there. This makes it possible for Garon to steal me and make me his mate.

Her cheeks still flushed, she tried to collect her thoughts and calm her racing heart as she found clothes to put on. Soon, Garrett emerged from the room, his lower half modestly concealed by a bath towel. Droplets of water clung to his skin, tracing a slow path down his naked body. Having just washed his hair, his short, black hair combed back. Lily never noticed how chisseled his body was and the scar going across his chest.

Seizing the moment, I quickly turned off the shower, dressed hastily, and made a beeline for the exit. Emerging from the bathroom, I collided with the imposing figure of an enormous guy making his way into the shower. His dark hair, slightly sweaty and tousled, framed his stern, chiseled face. His arms, adorned with intricate tribal tattoos, were dominated by the striking image of a bear, each muscle rippling beneath his skin with each movement. He was wearing nothing but a bath towel, wrapped casually around his waist, emphasizing every muscle lining his lower stomach. My own stomach clenched at the sight.

If only I had time to play for a while. "That's okay. Once you're dead, your body will be doing all kinds of things it's never done before." She looks at me and starts crying as I start chanting. Within a few minutes, I have taken over her body, and her soul is gone. I don't know if it hurts them, but I always tell them it won't. I look down and smile at my new body.
