I had pictured birthdays, first steps, and all the ordinary moments that would one day become precious memories. Now, all of it was gone. However, heartbreak was not always the worst thing a person could endure. The thing that truly destroyed me was staying. Staying where I was not wanted. Staying where I was repeatedly humiliated. Staying where my love was treated as an obligation rather than something to be cherished. Compared to that, letting go felt almost merciful. For the child. For me. When I woke up, my phone was buzzing nonstop. Notifications poured in faster than I could process them. First dozens. Then hundreds. Before long, there were thousands.

She was soft and felt right for his arms. His cheeks started to flare up and he felt uncomfortable down there. It’s been a while since the breakup and he felt it would be too impure to jerk off in Fin’s apartment. In fact, he shouldn’t be hard for Fin’s body at all! I'm on the last bookcase just as it's starting to get dark. When I try to pull the books off the bottom shelf, one book seems stuck, but I can't tell why. It's not oversized or wedged into the shelf or anything. I pull hard but it doesn't budge. Bending down I realize it's a fake book that when all the other books have been removed it slides to the side, opening an access panel. Behind the access panel is a combination lock. I jump up, get the other slip of paper and after several tries of left and right combinations I open the lock. Inside is a small device that looks like an IPOD with ear buds attached to it. It has a small LCD screen and a thumb wheel with a button in the middle of it. I

The biggest embarrassment of my life. As I gently took possession of the book, I suddenly got the urge to tear it all apart. Maybe that'll fix my doubts about it and the bad energy I'm receiving from it. I opened it to a random page ready to just rip it off but before I could do that, a noise coming from my phone sounded. I received a text message. I didn't recognize the number so I became more skeptical as I read the message. Stalker: Don't do whatever you're about to do.

Unlock it, and the empty pages shall be filled for you to read. I stare at the words for a long time. Read them again. And again. “What does that even mean,” I mutter under my breath. Within me. Unlock it. Empty pages. I flip to the next page. Blank. The one after that. Blank. I start flipping faster now. Page after page after page, all clean, untouched, mocking me with their silence. No hidden ink. No symbols. No diagrams. Nothing. Just white paper. My grip tightens on the book until my knuckles ache.

I touch its glass cover and to my surprise, it vanishes in just a snap. The book floats mid-air and emits blinding light. It starts glowing and the pages start to turn. A few moments afterward, the pages stop turning. The glow starts to vanish, and the book moves toward my hand. Just like the book I was reading earlier, it has a leather hardbound cover and its title are embroidered with gold. 'The Untold' I said as I've read the title. I turn the cover and start reading once again. ----- THIRD PERSON’S POINT OF VIEW

I don’t know. This is typical, when I want time to hurry up, something jumps in the way and slows it down. Our plane is delayed by two hours and that just pisses me off. What am I gonna do for two hours? I didn’t pack my e-reader or bring a paperback book to entertain myself with. Guess I have to go into duty-free and see what they have there that catches my eye for this trip. Walking into the duty-free store I head straight into the direction of the books and magazines they have on sale. They had a wide variety of books in all different genres. But I kind of fancy something contemporary, romantic, and a little funny. That does limit my options down a little, but not by much. Then I see it.

I remained standing, still frozen, not moving an inch. What the hell is happening to me? I looked back at the notebook in my hands. I looked at the paper and began to read again. "Don't read that book?" It seemed like someone wrote that. I turned it over to see if there was any other information. There were three lines written in bold letters on the last page.``You will get stuck!" The writing was messy and rushed. Whoever wrote this didn't know how to write properly. The letters were small, making it harder to read.
