Bound to my Wicked Stepbrother

Bound to my Wicked Stepbrother

I should not have taken the second dose, especially mere hours before the initial dose. “Melvis County, ready to board on platform G.” A voice announces repetitively, and though relief floods through me at the mild concept of privacy, I feel the familiar dawning of the crack of my bones. Terror pierces through my spine as I stumble weakly to the correct platform; I offer my ticket to the conductor for confirmation before boarding the empty train to my cabin, only the doors shut too soon for my skittish senses to ignore. My heart clenches at the menthol scent of pine and eucalyptus that followed the sound of the door.

The Alpha King's Breeder

The Alpha King's Breeder

And for a while, speculation about Princess Maeve died down. Now, she’s all anyone can talk about. And I had the pleasure of coming face to face with her. The train pulls into the station right on time, and I board, but it’ll be a while before I’m allowed to close myself into the private overnight room. I choose a seat in the farthest car, where I end up being the only passenger for the first two stops before the train departs Moonrise and the surrounding cities completely and dives into the heavily forested border between Moonrise and the Roguelands. I’m just starting to fall asleep when something smashes against the window directly beside my head. I startle, turning my head to watch a litt

These books have been my lifeline. I am crushed to reach this point and have to leave this beautifully tragic world and all its perfectly flawed characters. I can't wait for the next update, and honestly hope (though I know it is in vain) we get to follow this family tree for even more generations.

Dripping Desires

Dripping Desires

My heart hammered against my ribs, a frantic drumbeat against the low rumble of the train. The train screeched as it pulled out of the station, metal grinding against metal. A tired voice crackled through the overhead speaker. “Stand clear of the closing doors please.” Fluorescent lights buzzed above us, flickering every few seconds. The train was filled but not too filled for what I had planned, Carl was right after all, the timing was perfect. The thin, transparent gown did nothing to hide the tiny bikini underneath, as the cold metal of the nipple clips bit into my tender flesh with each shallow breath I took.

Infinite Dawn

Infinite Dawn

For real? “God, am I really destined to die today?” I sobbed. I decided to surrender my life to the nearing death. I closed my eyes and embraced myself with the fear creeping inside me. There are things we can’t stop from happening — and this is one of those I guess. My heart thudded as I heard the train coming closer. I waited for the hit but it became silent all of a sudden. Am I already dead? Curious of the silence, I opened my left eye to have a peek of what might have happened. My eyes almost popped out when I saw the train frozen just a few inches away from me.

Falling For A Ghost 2

Falling For A Ghost 2

But they all felt so fucking real. Jesus! The thought of having sex with a ghost made me sick all over. My stomach knotted as a full-blown terror took root. A fever ran down my body and my skin gallop with goose pimples. "Do you see her?" his question brought me back to reality. I nodded slowly. "So those times I see you talking to yourself, it is her you are talking to?" I motioned. "Jesus!" he exclaimed. "You need deliverance with serious prayers oh!"

Her Worst Nightmare

Her Worst Nightmare

' Moving closer, he leant down, resting his hands on the edge of the bed. 'Because I know what you saw on the train, Casey.' 'You see too much,' the man had said. 'You shouldn't see.' I swallowed and my throat resisted, pain burning there. 'Are you one of them?' I whispered. 'Are you like the guy on the train?' He smiled then, a ghost of a smile that haunted his face. 'No,' he said, softly. 'No, I'm not like the guy on the train.' Holding my gaze for a second, the smile faded as quickly as it appeared and he pulled back abruptly.

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

"He said that this train wasn't like the one he took and that he didn't know his way around. "Lodetown wasn't his initial destination, but he only realized that he'd taken the wrong train when he'd arrived there, so he took the train I boarded to Janovin. He came here in search of someone." Aria asked, "Did he tell you where he was from?" "Why couldn't you ask him yourself, young lady?" Colin was confused. Aria whispered, "You know, all spirits lose their memories right after they die, unless they're enlightened."

I wouldn’t bother reading. The author has dragged this out and made the storyline almost unrecognizable from what it was portrayed. Instead of focusing on the lost child and the reunion with the family they have introduced stupid plots to drag the story on- and on- and on- and on!

the storyline is amazing. Love the FL. She is strong, fierce, righteous and so unaware. Landon is amazing, so supportive and heart warming tho feel sad for him he is unappreciated. I wish Fiona the best and hope she gets true love Owen never deserved her. Love grandpa Warren and Barron. It's amazing

A Time for Strength

A Time for Strength

Ghost usually only gets upset unless he thinks something is going to make Leni mad. “It must be from Kas? I helped get her out from under the bed in the guest suite. I held her in my lap to calm her down.” She squints suspiciously. “Why is Ghost so upset? I come home from training smelling like a dozen different wolves every morning. It never stopped him from taking my sweaty training clothes off. What’s the difference?” “I don’t know.” I frown. “I don’t want her to smell like Saint’s mate!” He barks in my mind.

I thought this was a great book. It was interesting to read the perspectives of other characters, allowing us to see what they knew and when. My only complaint is a seemingly awkward ending. Does anyone know if the author is ok?

31 Chapters 07/13/23 Yesssss Sugar Mama, you've got my attention. Love a baddie, strong female with a saucy attitude. I was so tired of these weak little damsels who need big Zaddy Alpha to save them. I was horny throughout FL scenes. Thank you for that.

Running Away To My Forgotten Heir

Running Away To My Forgotten Heir

Gina's POV: The night seemed endless. I stepped out of the train as it screeched to a sudden halt. The sound was deafening, disturbing both me and everyone else who might be trying to recognize me at the station. I readjusted my overcoat and the baseball cap I was wearing. The cloth was quite uncomfortable but perfect for a disguise—the best I could think of. I buried my head slightly, cramming my golden blonde hair into the baseball cap. I straightened the coat’s collar and summoned the courage to move forward.

The CEO Beautiful Regret

The CEO Beautiful Regret

As the train rushed by, I looked across the tracks. Marcus was still standing there. Instead of running for safety, he raised his gun and aimed at the train. He fired three quick shots at the front window, but the bullets only bounced off the thick glass with a shower of sparks. The train never slowed down. Then, suddenly, a side door on the moving train slid open. A hand shot out, grabbed Marcus by the collar of his coat, and pulled him inside with shocking strength. His flashlight slipped from his hand, hit the tracks, and shattered into pieces. In a single second, Marcus disappeared into the train.
