The radio on the wall — a relic of some forgotten station — lit up with a faint blue glow. Then came the voice. “You can run from ghosts, but not from guilt.”

AIDEN "Have you found anything?" I ask the Ghost, holding a tumbler of whiskey in one hand as I gaze out at the star-studded sky from the balcony. "Nothing suspicious yet," the Ghost replies, his deep voice resonating through my earpiece. The richness of his tone seems almost artificial, which isn't surprising given the person's efforts to conceal their identity. As someone known only by their alias, their true nature remains a mystery. For all I know, a woman could be orchestrating operations from behind the scenes, utilizing advanced voice alteration technology to disguise her voice. I shrug, indifferent to the Ghost's gender, as long as they deliver results.

Ghost landed like a missile near Skyler as he bellowed, leaving a huge crater around him. Skyler could no longer hide her shock at the carnage around her. "Are you even sane?" "Who cares if livestocks survive?!" Ghost laughed. "Also, you should be worrying about yourself—the same trick won't work against me twice!" He abruptly broke into a run, his footsteps deafening as he left little craters on the road behind him! "You're mad!" Skyler turned to run. Ghost was naturally not about to let her escape, and he reached out with a bloodied hand to her nape…

His voice was calm, almost friendly. “Good. I was starting to worry the chloroform was too strong.” Eli pulled harder against the chains. The metal dug into his wrists. “Who are you? Why did you take me?”

But they all felt so fucking real. Jesus! The thought of having sex with a ghost made me sick all over. My stomach knotted as a full-blown terror took root. A fever ran down my body and my skin gallop with goose pimples. "Do you see her?" his question brought me back to reality. I nodded slowly. Mark opened his eyes widely knowing who the fuck was behind his family’s death. “I…. I…”He tried saying but then the stranger stepped on his head which was already bleeding. “Beg for your life Mark” He ordered angrily. “I would rather die than let you see me beg” Mark stated and that was his last statement before passing out. “Finally, peace… I love the quiet environment” He smirked as he turned to leave the train before the securities could come open the train. Mark opened his eyes and found a paper on the ground close to him. He had pretended to be dead so the stranger could leave him.
