The cursor blinked on the screen, waiting. “Still staring at it like it’s going to bite you?” I looked up. Billy stood by the doorway, coffee mug in hand, eyebrows raised in mild amusement. He had changed into casual clothes—simple jeans, a plain shirt. Nothing flashy. Nothing intimidating. Just… normal. “I think it already has,” I said, exhaling. “Several times.” He chuckled and walked closer, peering at my screen without touching anything. “You’ve been here since early morning.” “I know.”

Finally, he took out his photo of himself when he had just been released from military training three years ago. The Bill in the picture was tall and super thin. His undercut haircut doesn't look good on him and his skin was several shades darker. Because he was thin and dark, he looked like an indigenous person who had lived in the mountains for several years-no, he looked so much worse. Without much flesh on his face and body, he looked like Gollum in the Lord of the Rings. Everyone laughed. Who would have thought the prim and proper Bill was this thin dark man? Bill quickly hid his phone. His ears were burning.

“Stop the ambush and fight fair with Billy. He’ll destroy you, loser!” Gavin and the others tore into Kaze. Billy nodded with gritted teeth. “Since you’re eager to die, I will give you a chance to have a fair fight with me, loser. “Come on. I’m ready.” He rolled up his sleeve and approached Kaze aggressively. “A fair fight? Oh, really?” Kaze side-eyed him and slapped him. Billy was struck in the face once again. “Ugh!” Knocked back, Billy coughed out blood and lost a tooth. It took a while after the crash for reality to sink in.

"Liam, where the fuck are you?" Billy's authoritative voice spoke into his sleeve. "The frogman's dead. They all are. It's rude to drag your feet when you make a deal with a mob boss, Mr. Money Bags. As you can see, I managed to liberate myself. So now, new deal," said JR, sticking a gun into our faces. "What do you want?" Billy deadpanned, the complete opposite of me as I stared down the barrel of the gun.

I answered through the car. “Andres Beaumont speaking.” “Hey, kid, it’s Billy. You missed our check-in yesterday. How are you holding up?” Billy asked warmly. “Hey, Billy. Sorry about that. It’s been crazy. We closed the Creston deal, though. Big win for everyone,” I replied.

Liam said, looking from me to Mia trying to read us. “We hit the compound, Liam,” Mia answered. Her voice now blunt, composed and businesslike. “It’s done. But Billy, Forrest, and Linda are ghosts. They’ve got a backup plan. We found intel—real intel. And now… they’re moving. We don’t have time to waste.”

“Oi…” Billy thought he heard a sound behind him, but the sound of his heart shattering was loud enough to drown all external noise. “Hey, big man!” A sudden hand on his back and a warm smile greeted Billy, jolting him forward in surprise. He turned to find a stranger, relaxed and nonchalant. This stranger sported a black eyepatch over one eye, contrasting sharply with his long, flowing black hair. He had strands of beard protruding from his chin, and he was outfitted in a high-quality black robe.

The fourth member could ride with Goldman in the cruiser. When the ground crew surrounded the plane to prepare it for the passengers to get off, Goldman and Williamson drove their vehicles to it. Williamson backed up the wagon. He jumped out. Goldman got out of the cruiser. They stood side by side as they waited for the crew to get out. Two officers from the MPD walked off the plane first. Then, the elusive S.O.B himself, Ghost, came down the stairs. He had grown blond hair, but those eyes of his were still piercing blue. He wore an orange jumpsuit, he was cuffed, and his ankles were shackled. It was a damn good sight to see.

leo cut our visit short and pick me off the ground walking us out. On our way out we saw hailey holding her little daisy hand. Daisy was dressed in a tutu skirt with a onsie and some white tights , her hair was put in to a ponytail. She didn't look very happy when she noticed me looking at the outfit, hailey on the other hand was her usual self dressed to perfection in a bodycon dress with killer heals. "Ghost" hailey greet leo and nod to me. "Hailey" leo reply before carrying me away.
