Odd things that reminded me of a voodoo parlor. I didn’t touch any of those. No, what drew me in was a book at the far end. It was almost as if the book itself was calling my name, leading me towards it. I was a moth to a flame. By the time I stood right in front of it, I realized that the book was encased in glass. Curiously, I touched the glass, hoping I would find a way to open it but the second my skin made a contact, the glass shattered. But when I pressed my skin against the glass, I realized I had made a big mistake—some of the broken glass from the vial had gotten stuck on my finger and when I touched the glass, it pierced through my skin, causing my own blood to flow and press on the glass instead. Becky asked while touching the sparking cover of the book. As she touches the book cover, the strong rays emit from the book and glow the area around it. It is more like a dream. Becky felt a sudden jolt in her fingers which touch the area. She became shocked looking at the book and immediately pull her hand back.

The loud noise of the cars was fading away into a humming sound.
