The Measure of a Touch:from the CEO's contractual wife

The Measure of a Touch:from the CEO's contractual wife

Piper stared at the words, unblinking, her brain refusing to cooperate. She read the first line again. And again. Her grip loosened without her noticing. The glass slid from her fingers, hit the floor, and exploded—sound ricocheting through the apartment, water splashing against her bare ankles.

he said. “Saber! You can’t!” she said insistently, but he wandered off to the front of the store as his phone rang. She turned to the only person in the store who might be able to stop this lunacy. “Gomez.” “Yes?” “I’m not wearing slippers.” “You’re wearing the slippers or we go back to your place to discuss all this.” Shit. “I’ll find a pair that looks nice,” Alice assured her. “I’ve got a pair that kind of look like boots with fluff inside. No one will know they’re slippers.”

His Obsession

His Obsession

' look. He held my shoulder to put me to sit on the couch, and he crouched to the floor then opened the box. He brought out a beautiful black slipper from it and kept the box aside. "What's this?" I asked. "I want you to wear this. I don't want you to wear those heels to go out. What if you fall or something?" He shrugged and held my leg. His touch sent a million electric sparks in my body. He gently slid my feet into the pulchritudinous slippers. I scanned the room for my shoes and noticed it in totally different directions. How the hell did they get here? It was something I could never explain.

Pampered Wedding: Marry Me, Mr. Langford

She demonstrated her hospitality by locating a pair of small indoor slippers. “This is my favorite pair of slippers. They’re shaped like cute bears! I’ll let you wear them.” However, Keith’s expression started becoming grim. Not only did the slippers sport the appearance of cute bears, but they were also colored a bright pink. “I don’t wear slippers like these!” he replied huffily. “Huh? You don’t like bears? What about yellow duckies?” Kara fetched a pair of bright yellow slippers that sported duckling patterns.

Do not read this book it ended abruptly with not real ending or resolution to anything, I guess the author ran out of ideas to to toucher the leading lady. This book is a total waste of money and one of worse books I have ever stated reading. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy this book.

the title is a complete lie. ESPECIALLY after rhe marriage he viciously abuses, strangles, starves, punches and degrades her. after she's kidnapped and horrifically tortured he strangles her while calling her a whore because the bystander who reported her abduction was a man.

Becoming Mom To The Billionaire's Daughter.

he defended, a hint of defensiveness coloring his voice. “No, she didn’t!” Liya said confidently, one hand dramatically pointing toward my foot. “She had slippers,” he mumbled under his breath, barely audible. Liya gasped like she’d just witnessed a crime. “Slippers? Slippers, Darlington?” “Fluffy ones,” he added casually, almost proud. “They had sparkles.” “Oh, sparkles!” she yelled, incredulous. “That’s supposed to make it better?” Darlington scratched the back of his neck, a sheepish grin tugging at his lips. “Depends on how you look at it…”

The Billionaire's Toy

The Billionaire's Toy

It was a dress fit for a princess. “It’s amazing,” Audrey whispered. “Ladies,” Steve popped his head in. “I have the finishing touch here.” He presented them with a pair of shoes covered in iridescent crystals. The light bounced of them and they twinkled like stars in the night sky. “Glass slippers for my Cinderella.” Audrey stepped into them, and stared at herself in the full-length mirror. “There’s one thing missing,” Audrey said. She pulled out her mother’s necklace. “It’s my mom’s”

I groan. “You saw this beautiful woman, and she ran off before you could meet her, leaving behind her glass slipper. Suddenly you’re introduced to Ophelia and Camila, and Camila pretends the glass slipper is hers, but it doesn’t seem to fit right. Then, you just so happen to see Ophelia, try the shoe on her, and boom, there’s your princess.” I stay silent for a moment, piecing together the insanity my brother has laid out for me.

Betrayed By My Abusive Ex-Husband: Pampered By The Devil

Betrayed By My Abusive Ex-Husband: Pampered By The Devil

Reina, with a smile that brightened her face, approached the bed and traced her fingers over the gown. “It's so stunning…” she muttered as she sat down on the edge of the bed and opened the big box. Beautiful glass slippers, with gems and intricate designs running along, came into view, and Reina couldn't remember how to breathe at the sight of them. Was she Cinderella? Is she in a fairy tale? “Do you like it?” Xavier asked, smiling down at her. Reina finally remembered to breathe and said in disbelief, “Like it? I love it. Xavier, thank you.” Reina said, opening the small box. Xavier smiled, seeing her expression as she looked at the earring.

Billionaire's Affairs

Richard waited patiently for Clara in the living room, after a few minutes, she was coming down little by little because of the heels of her shoes, she could not walk fast, and Richard saw the way she was shaking on the shoes, and she was ashamed and she stopped and says, “sir, I don't think I can walk on this shoe, I will prefer slippers or sandals” Clara says, “try a little bit, slippers do not match the outing,” Richard says,

He asks as he hands me a bag with my name on it. “I guess. Thank you,” I reply, taking it. I open the bag as I walk to the castle. In it is a single shoe made out of glass; it's absolutely stunning and must be a gift from Zayne. I guess I'm wearing this tonight. I smile as I open the bag to get the other foot, but it is not there. A single slipper, what am I going to do with this? I look in the bag again and grab a white card at the bottom with 'read me' written on it. I flip it over and begin to read. “Once upon a time, there was a prince.”

I understand things happen within our lives but when the readers are left hanging it makes us lose further interest in the author. You are a very good author and I'll hate for your ratings to go down but will you please update your books or let the readers know what's going on?!!
